Collins claim that he saw the body of a female behind the kitchen door, is somewhat ambiguous because he does not bother to explain to which kitchen door he was referring to, or to his perspective at the time of his alleged sighting through the kitchen window. This becomes highlighted when you realise that from his vantage point outside the kitchen window looking in, any body positioned between that window, and the internal kitchen/rear hallway door would have been in front of the kitchen door, not behind it. Hence, another reason which serves to expose the Collins explanation for why there were two bodies in the kitchen, as a lie. Everything he says with regards to there having been confusion or a mix up with the body count downstairs in the kitchen, is not supported by the body count upstairs at or by 8.10am, that morning (only three bodies upstairs). The mention of a suicide second in the chain of command is also problematic. Since, on that account, with a suicide being such in say second position, this does not bode well for the accuracy regarding the order in which the five bodies of the victims were stumbled upon. In the statement versions Sheila's supposed suicide gets accounted for in third position, whereas in the police log version account, her body appears in second position, with June. Bambers death (a murder) in third position...
It soon becomes blatantly obvious that this bunch of bad apple cops have tied themselves in knots by introducing a false truth regarding the question of whether Sheila Caffell was dead, or alive, at the time armed cops forced their way into the farmhouse with a view to bringing the seige to an end...
The only thing which changes between the police message log account and the witness statement account, is the order with which the bodies of the two females were found, that is Sheila, then June (police message log account), June, then Sheila (witness statement account), everything else stays the same. If cops were telling the truth there would not be so many glaring irregularities. Truth is universal. It doesn't matter which angle you approach the truth by, all the facts fit snugly into place, you do not find glitches, or anomalies. This cannot be said about the body count downstairs and upstairs, or about the order a death then a suicide was known about prior to 7.45am...
On the witness statement version of events, the bodies of Sheila, Nicholas and Daniels were the 'three bodies' found upstairs', June Bambers body cannot fall into that category. By the same token based entirely on the police message log version of events June Bambers body could not have been the first female body referred to as a suicide, the first female body referred to as a 'suicide' must have been a reference to Sheila Jean Caffell. The upshot of all of this, is that the police message log version of events, and the witness statement version of events do not refer to the same part of the same police operation. The police message log version of events refers to the original events right up until about 8.15am, when DCS Harris used the kitchen telephone to make a one to one call to ACC 'Peter' Simpson. At this time, Harris was updating Simpson about how the operation had just gone pearshaped, with the vanishing of Sheila's body from the kitchen, which subsequently ended up in the main bedroom upstairs...
The witness statement version of events, came about because senior officers at a debriefing held at Witham police station on that first evening, instructed firearm officers present that they had got to make up their notes, statements, and reports, along the lines that what they had been dealing with, was a seige situation involving four murders, and a suicide, and that they were to build into their accounts the fact that the bodies of the five victims had been originally found in the locations where the bodies ended up in keeping with where PC 'David' Bird (SOCO) had photographed the bodies in situ. Hence, why there is a glaring discrepancy in the body count downstairs and upstairs, originally, and by the end with the transition of Sheila downstairs to upstairs...
