Found this really interesting

The Commission operates an advice call rota whereby applicants, potential applicants, their lawyers or supporters, can call the Commission and speak to one of our Case Review Managers about matters relating to a current or potential application. During 2014/15 we logged 839 such advice calls– a significant increase on the average of 650 a year in recent years.
Advice calls of this kind are often complicated and time consuming. While the advice rota represents a significant investment of casework resources, we view it as a valuable service which, among other things, helps potential applicants make the important and sometimes difficult decisions about how they should seek to progress their cases.

Maybe David could give them a call?  They may be able to advise him?

I hope that includes Mike Tesko who continues to throw insults at every opportunity when he is losing an argument?

Sheila's body was here, there, and everywhere. The rifle was at the bedroom window, it was not at the bedroom window. The gun was on Sheila's body, it was not on Sheila's body. The gun was alongside Sheila's body, the gun was not alongside her body. The gun was resting between the bodies of June and Sheila on the bed, the gun was not resting between the bodies of June and Sheila on the bed. There is scientific evidence to prove Jeremy was the killer, there is no scientific evidence to prove Jeremy is the killer. All 25 bullets were fired from the same gun, all the bullets were not fired by the same gun. Sheila was alive when cops entered the farmhouse, Sheila was dead when cops entered the farmhouse. Her body was in the kitchen, her body was on the bed upstairs, her body was on the bedroom floor upstairs. Two bodies found downstairs, one body found downstairs. Three bodies found upstairs, four bodies found upstairs. First two bodies found were a murder, and a suicide first two bodies found were a murder and a murder. There was only one silencer, there were two silencers, Relatives only handed one silencer over to cops, relatives handed two silencers over to cops. Length of rifle with silencer fitted would have been too long, length of rifle with silencer attached would not have been too long. There was only ever one silencer held by cops during there investigation into these deaths, it had a variety of different exhibit references, SBJ/1, DB/1 and DRB/1, it had different lab' item numbers at different times, first it was item 22, then it was item 23, then it got reverted back to 22. There was a grey hair attached to the silencer, there wasn't a grey hair attached to the silencer, there was an elongated shiny scratch along the outer casing of the silencer, there was not an elongated scratch mark on the silencer. The silencer was coated in harmful superglue fumes, the silencer was not coated in harmful superglue fumes. Bullets fired through the silencer were being damaged, bullets fired through the same silencer were not being damaged, you can't believe anything which formed part of the prosecutions case, unless your from the guilty camp, then of course you might tend to believe anything ...

It certainly does, and anyone who says that JB had a fair trial need their heads reading.

Another funny thing...

Scientifically, proven, scientifically, unproven - what weapons were used in the shootings by reference to tabloid reporting...
