Well Brett arrived in England two months before the massacre. Upon hearing the news he started sniffing around looking for an extended jolly up. Or Jeremy invited him over.
Nothing wrong with that is there? Brett had stopped over on a flying visit to see Jeremy before he left for Greece and upon learning of the tragedy he returned to England to support his friend and why not? I am sure that all Brett wanted to do was to try to cheer Jeremy up and be beside his friend.
All this about going on a jolly boys outings does not mean that Jeremy is guilty. It could mean that after the tragedies his mates tried to ensure that he had a good time and Jeremy went along with it.
If you think for one minute that Jeremy enjoyed his champagne the evening of his parents funerals you are wrong....for Jeremy stood at the bar away from the frivolities at the table in a sombre mood and chattered to the bar owner. At the time the owner did not know who Jeremy was, but he was able to say in his statement that Jeremy was not out enjoying himself with the rest of the party that he was with....
With all respect it appears that Jeremy does not stand a chance of anything said being fair against him. Once a seed has been planted in the mind that he enjoyed his night on the day on the funeral, he then becomes guilty of murder.
Facts, forensic evidence takes a 2nd step...
