Not too late to pursue a case that police shot and killed Sheila when a rifle they were deploying onto her body during a training exercise which went dramatically wrong, after she unsuccessfully tried to take her own life...

More mission creep...... I thought you said she was hunted down like an animal, or something similarly sick. No suggestion of attempted suicide then ....

Do you mean that you and the judges had sight of / have full knowledge of what took place at WHF?

Fair play to them for laughing eh.

Roch, with respect, no one on this forum was there. If someone says something that makes a lot of sense, and to me, claiming that the words are different than which the actual defendant claims, isn't crazy enough for you, then at least show as much respect for peoples posts as they do yours. Jackie Preece used to use the same argument and you are way better a person than that.

Vic, is the only credible scenario, a one that come from EP* / relatives?  And if another tries to forward to us, various other secenarios, are they a shitbag for doing so?

*(excluding Taff Jones).  Speaking of which.  I wonder what Taff Jones was doing, the day JB passed his polygraph?  Do you reckon someone poured him a pint in a bar upstairs?

Why should I show respect for Jim's posts on here?  What has Jim ever had the courage to do on here, in terms of sticking his neck out and telling us what took place?  Sneering and sniggering comes from your side of the fence.  Very rarely do you's show any will or want for the withheld info to be released.  As if somehow, such info might assist a child killer?

Who was, is "She"?

This thread is utterly void.

It is a quote based purely on something JB claims was said in a phone call, the very existence of which there is no evidence for.

And yet it is posted as though it is a fact that the "antis" have to explain.

Very poor Michael.

Jackie Preece is no longer here and i think its unfair to mention her, i hope she is alright though, your problem vic is simple you have issues if anyone thinks otherwise, you should not be here to defend them they can represent themselves, its going to take a lot of evidence to me to change my views, you have to accept the forum for its views , Jeremy Bamber has had decades to change, admit, and move on , he has done neither and that surely means something is not right here.

So, if I answer all Mike's theories with "were you there?" that is acceptable?
I have never described anyone as a shitbag

hi roch
i hope that you are well
i've often said on this forum that "you have to think like a judge"
the popular (mis)conception is that judges are old oxbridge fuddy duddies but i can assure you that (certainly, every high court judge that i know) the reverse is true - they are people of great intellect with enormous experience of life and possess independent thought
however, these judges alao possess one simple attribute - "common sense"
and i'm afraid that the "common sense" is all one way in this case
i'll stick my neck out here and now - jb will lose the application next week
that i'm afraid is, so far as i can see, the end of the road
thereafter, he'll need new/fresh evidence and, after more than 27 years, i don't think that that will materialise

The day Jackie Preece started stalking myself and the family she lost her right to respect. As I said earlier I totally respect anyone who believes Bamber to be innocent. But telling lies to further a cause isn't right. And with respect, it means nothing. He has nothing to lose and maintains the 'celebrity' status I believe  he craves.

well, i have to say that i am disappointed with that response
i have always tried (perhaps not successfully) to treat everyone on here with respect
people are entitled to express wharever view they wish - i sometimes disagree with their views but that's life

Thanks for the lecture.  But your post tells me nothing about what took place at WHF, nothing about your knowledge of either the official case or the anomalies inherent in assessing that version.  To be honest I couldn't give a fuck about the eclectic background of Judges.
