I'm not usually a betting man. But on this one I think I can confidently say the decision with be either yes or no.

I would say I am 100% sure now Jeremy case is being referred to the Court of Appeal

No I do not think so.  They will be given advance warning of the decision but that is unlikely to be before tomorrow.

Maggie  All ironing finished an put away but had to miss my precious walk it was pouring with rain anyway.

The last appeal to me was just not good enough there was nothing standout to warrant a referal, the latest one is better the silencer tests look good this application just has that bit extra with more credibility .

Ngb - Big day tomorrow!  Have you heard anything as to whether JB and SM are aware of the result yet and also is there a certain time tomorrow when the result will be announced to the public and where should we look for this information.  I know it will feature on the news but is there a website or somewhere specific that we should be looking at. Thanks.  :)
