You'd be very unlucky to get a puncture cycling along footpaths/bridleways and byways.

I cycle all the time along byways and bridleways, often on long forgotten bridleways too, which are overgrown, and still manage to get across in one piece.  It is rare to get a puncture.

Jeremy Bamber would have been unlucky to get a puncture that night, but if he had, I reckon he would have just given up.  Had he got a puncture he may have decided not to murder his family.

What is more telling though, is that Bamber supporters are so willing to make a statement that they know has no relationship with the truth.  It shows that they are willing to just make stuff up to make a story fit with their innocence scenario.

They wouldn't have to do any of that if there was any actual evidence that showed Jeremy Bamber to be innocent.  They know that there is overwhelming evidence to show that Jeremy Bamber is guilty, and that Sheila is innocent.

And so they lie.  And they even lie when they don't need to.

Really? I was cycling on holiday off road in the New Forrest and got a puncture within half an hour with a mountain bike.

You never answered my question on what astrophotography you do? Unless I missed it?

We should all be on the fence.

He will only answer questions he can goad you with in terms of a response.

Which is fine

Most people are either supporters or guilters.

But appreciate you don't want to commit.

Being 'on the fence' there should be things on the prosecution case you agree with.

I think he is an innocent man who was a victim of circumstances on the whole.Which is why I've always lent to innocence

Although there are certain elements of the prosecution case which I see as feasible.

Happy to list examples, and have done before. They are on this board.

A list would be good. I seem to have forgotten when you did before.

State what parts of the prosecution case you agree with.

I have only read you dispute it. Most recently saying the prosecition route didn't exist!

I never said it didn't exist. I said I didn't think it was feasible. You know this.

From a guilt perspective I offered the view of him driving. Don't twist things

In answer to your question, I believe certain elements can circumstantially insinuate guilt and they are simple things.

The rifle story.

Michael fielder

The comment to Colin at the party prior to the massacre

Lying about going on shooting trips with Shelia

Well you refused to acknoledge there was a farm track adjoining The Sea Wall and Pages Lane. But now you do.

Do you dispute all the forensic evidence?

The silencer I think is refutable.

Ismails theory ( paragraph 518 cos 2002 was an interesting. However I don't agree with it. ( A gravitational excersise )

GSR is not a sustainable element.

The burns leave me flummoxed in all honesty.

Even from a guilt view I believe as a sign of life test is " weak and stupid and unfeasible "

I don't agree with anything adjourning until I visit.

You dismissed Robert Boutflour and Jeremy Bamber. We aren't local men. They were.

Well there are 89 pieces of forensic evidence. All sourced.

Bamber disputes the silencer.

Do you think the experts were all wrong or deliberately submitted false evidence. Or a bit of both?
