Time for the lie detector

This topic may have been discussed before ,but here are my thoughts.While no cast iron evidence of JBs guilt/innocence seems to exist at the moment and no promise of full disclosure of evidence to help matters, we must ask what con be done to shed any further light on the case.Surely by now Essex police,the relatives and JM must realise the campaign team will never rest,trying to prove JBs innocence till the day he dies and probably beyond.This will not only continue to harm and antagonise all those involved in JBs prosecution but their families and children too,and they will be wondering why an innocence campaign exists and why even some celebs and polititions doubt JBs guilt.I know if i was the wife/husband or son/daughter of a prosecution witness who was being accused of lying under oath,i would be urging them to take a lie detector test and prove they had told the truth at trial.This would prove JB only pessed a lie detector test because he is a complete psychopath and homicidle maniac.Strange however that he hasnt been diagnosed as such since being imprisioned ,but thats another discussion i suppose.I know a lie detector is of no legal importance ,but if you were a main prosecution witness,responsible for sending someone to jail for the rest of their life,would,nt you want to do everything possiple to prove you told the truth .Many of the main prosecution witnesses have been called liars and worse,even on this forum.Not by me,as i have said ,i do not know if JB is guilty or not and do not know if any witness lied or not.But the whole point of this rave is to point out a lie detector is one of the few available tools which could make a difference to our understanding of the case in the mean time.and if any more documentaries are in the pipe line,i would suggest anyone being interviewed should be asked to take a lie detector test.Otherwise it will just be another programme with no conclusive outcome one way or another.And would give all those accused of lying[at least all those who are still alive] a chance to clear their name.Any thoughts from anyone.

David believes the COA evidence is 'bullshit'. This opinion has not been included in the current CCRC submission.

I quite agree about others taking a polygraph test as it would certainly separate the wheat from the chaff----meaning that many on the prosecution team lied through their teeth. You'll begin to see this as you go through the case.
Despite the majority of them being called out as having lied, none of them have ever come forward disputing such as I'm sure if we were spoken of in such a way we wouldn't sit back and take it, well I wouldn't anyway.

The media have a lot to answer for too in the way they reported and fed to the public the "wrong side" of a pic. of Jeremy, making sure that thee public would be taken in by various poses etc. to further create an image of a supposed killer.

You're correct, as there is NO concrete evidence nor any explanation as to how Jeremy would enter or exit WHF. Even that aspect was cobbled together a month on from the tragedy, and totally untrue.

Justice was NEVER done in this case and Jeremy was an easy target.

There is no such instrument as a machine which can detect whether or not a person is lying. The most it can do is detect changes in blood pressure, heartrate and pulse which might indicate agitation.
I'm not sure why, having been believed why anyone would wish to put themselves through further testing when their original testimony had been accepted.
There's no earthly reason why JB, more than any other prisoner, should be singled out for any more than the regular routine tests which all prisoners are given. Why is it of any interest to the outside world, what JB is? He's in prison, serving a life sentence. As are others. We aren't given yearly running updates on how they're progressing. What makes JB's case special?

Hello Adam,pleased to meet you.I know you are 100 percent guilter and think there is iron clad evidence against JB.Probably the majority of the country agrees with you.But i have doubt of his guilt in the mean time,and the question is ,do you think a lie detector test for prosecution witnesses would be of benefit.Surely ,if the case is watertight against JB ,they have nothing to hide and this would uphold their reputation and shut up the doubting Thomasas like myself for good.

Hello Lookout ,hello Jane,pleased to meet you both.As i have said ,i do not know if JB is guilty or not ,So Lookout is at one side ,Jane is at the other ,and i am slap bang in the middle.That is why i am suggesting the lie detector,it seems to me things are at a stand still.You still have people on this forum who are 100 percent for JBs guilt and those for 100 percent innocent,and that is after more than 10years now.I know what you are saying Jane,the trial is long past and you think everyone involved should be left in peace,And that is absolutely fair,indeed it is their absolute legal right to do so.But what Lookout and myself are saying,is,if we were one of the star witnesses being accused of lying and being dragged through the dirt on forums like this and many youtube videos,we would do anything possible to prove we didnt lie and send an innocent man to jail for the rest of his natural life.Anyway,hope the cats are doing fine Lookout ,dont give them too much dreamies or they wont eat anything else.

I disagree. After sitting and watching one being performed it definitely isnt a Jeremy Kyle kind of experience

According to an American polygraph expert they are easy to cheat if you know how.
