Is it possible that any movement at the window might have been Crispy jumping up at the window/curtains upon hearing noise outside?

I'd thought 'the sighting' was more about "Was that............." than "That was..........."

What did your last servant die of?
If you wish to assert first repondents saw a male figure then the onus is on you to find it and I'll end up with egg on my face!

PC Myall reported seeing an "unidentified male".

But according to Bamber HE saw a Silhouette WALKING Infront of the window.
Is it possible Crispy shapeshifted , like Bamber said in his interview anything is possible when he said Crispy could have pulled the trigger. Just imagine Crispy doing thatt, it's comical if it was not so sad!
Let's remember Crispy the 6th victim

Thanks Steve, CT says, " Myall reported seeing an 'unidentified male' at this time which ties in with the figure moving in the master bedroom. At court this was dismissed as being" .
Not saying Myall's didn't say , I don't know. But source where he said this would have been good.

No! Cerberus actually and you are included

It's an unidentified male and it's on here somewhere but it's at an early time. From what I recall it's some time between 3.45am-3.55am. I used to wonder whether it referred to JB turning up to meet them. Mike Tesko also used to claim that this officer (or another officer first on the scene) requested fingerprints to be taken, in the room where the possible sighting took place. I cannot recall whether there was a document in question that was produced to evidence that.

So the male figure is nothing to do with the 'trick of the light/movement' at the window?

I believe there is some confusion here. Lookout has said that "an unidentified male" was referred to. She is correct. However, the "UM" to which she referred, wasn't seen in an upstairs window. He was the "hunched man" seen walking away at some point in the proceedings. I believe the "Was it?"?"It was" sighting has become morphed into "an unidentified male".

Absolutely nothing. As far as I'm concerned, they're two separate incidents.

Thank you. So Lookout is providing misleading info yet again!

Not sure tbh. But it may be worth pressing Mike regarding the alleged fingerprint request.

Nope.

Correct!
This is directly from CT website
"Myall reported seeing an 'unidentified male' at this time which ties in with the figure moving in the master bedroom. "
As Roch said Myall saw an unidentified male, different time/place so what CT is saying is this TIES IN with the FIGURE moving. Even CT is saying figure moving NOT a male figure!
They have just morphed two different things into one! But Jeremy's claim that he saw a SILHOUETTE actually WALKING Infront of the window is a new one!

The Unidentified Male claim is unrelated to the Movement in the Window controversy.
On looking at the trial documents again today, I see that Geoffrey Rivlin, Q.C. did not question PC Myall about the movement in the window, even though it was Myall who actually saw it, not Bews. I just find that astonishing. What was the point of asking Bews if he had seen a 'trick of the light'? Bews saw nothing anyway.

Yeah would have totally altered the outcome of the trial and certainly put the silencer and Julie's testimony into perspective.

Why couldn't it have altered the outcome of the trial?
