So the male figure is nothing to do with the 'trick of the light/movement' at the window?

Correct!

This is directly from CT website

"Myall reported seeing an 'unidentified male' at this time which ties in with the figure moving in the master bedroom. "

As Roch said Myall saw an unidentified male, different time/place so what CT is saying is this TIES IN with the FIGURE moving. Even CT is saying figure moving NOT a male figure!

They have just morphed two different things into one! But Jeremy's claim that he saw a SILHOUETTE actually WALKING Infront of the window is a new one!

The Unidentified Male claim is unrelated to the Movement in the Window controversy.

On looking at the trial documents again today, I see that Geoffrey Rivlin, Q.C. did not question PC Myall about the movement in the window, even though it was Myall who actually saw it, not Bews.  I just find that astonishing.  What was the point of asking Bews if he had seen a 'trick of the light'?  Bews saw nothing anyway.

Yeah would have totally altered the outcome of the trial and certainly put the silencer and Julie's testimony into perspective.

Why couldn't it have altered the outcome of the trial?
