It's very strange lookout. The foster parents are now subject to an AVO, an Apprehended Violence Order, in relation to another child. No but you don't always blab 24 hours a day, they're a smart couple, they may well be innocent of any wrongdoing as regards William and may be covering for the grandmother after the little boy fell from the balcony. There are many permutations in this case.
