The contents of Kate McCanns book 'MADELEINE' provides the clearest evidence yet, that Madeleine Is dead - in her own words, the truth is that her account is full of factual lies, contradictions, inconsistencies, irregularities and ambiguities!

Moreover, as told in Kate McCanns own words - how the parents had scaled walls and looked or searched in ditches and holes on the first morning post the occasion of reporting Madeleine as 'gone', or that 'she had been taken', not taken by a solitary would be make believe abductor, but that 'THEY HAD TAKEN HER', yes, they had taken Madeleine from the apartment, to the ditch and the hole which had been dug in the corner of the rear garden, of the derelict building where her remains were concealed until the hire of the rented Renault Scenic!

Let's start at the point where Kate McCann says that upon returning from her jog, how she joined up with Gerry, Madeleine, Amelia and Sean at High tea at 5.30pm, on the evening of 3rd May 2007. Here is the relevant extract from her book ('Madeleine) on page 66 of her publicised account, in her own words:-

She states in her narrative, how at 5.30pm she had finished her run at the 'tapas bar area', and that she found her three children, including Madeleine who had already started their tea in the company of her husband, 'GERRY'...

BUT...

ACCORDING TO THE LOBSTERS CRECHE REGISTER, Kate McCann had collected the children from the creche at 5.30pm?

Alternatively, in her witness statement account that she gave to the Portuguese police, she says something entirely different - the nannies had brought Madeleine from the creche to high tea that evening, and the parents signed it (5.30pm) the end when everyone had finished eating!

All three versions of what had happened, or taken place simply cannot be true, for example (a) When Kate returned from her jog to the tapas at 5.30pm, she found Madeleine, Amelia and Sean, with Gerry McCann who were already eating, (b) She had not only collected Amelia and Sean from the jellyfish creche at 5.25am, but that with two young children in tow she had also collected Madeleine from the Lobsters creche at 5.30pm, and taken them all to high tea, and or, (c) that the nannies from the lobster creche had brought Madeleine along for high tea from the Lobsters creche, and that one or other parent was required to sign the Lobsters registration log once everybody had finished their high tea?

On the face of it, somebody is not telling the truth!

I do not believe for one moment that Madeleine had been to the Lobsters creche at any time on the 3rd May 2007, she was not there on the morning session, she did not attend the sailing club event, and that she did not attend the afternoon session because she was already dead by that stage!

It is quite obvious to me, that Kate McCann has been guilty of 'narrative building', with the intention of trying to pull the wool over everybodies eyes!

Her claim in her own book that Madeleine, Amelia and Sean were already eating high tea with her husband Gerry McCann at 5.30pm when she returned to the tapas from her run (jog), simply cannot be true, if the entries in the jellyfish and lobster creche registers are not forgeries, it's as simple as that!

The Jelly fish creche registration shows that Amelia and Sean were collected by Kate McCann at 5.25pm, on 3rd May 2007, which was 5 minutes before she attended at the Lobsters creche to collect Madeleine (at 5.30pm) - how then could the above three named children have already been sitting eating high tea with Gerry NcCann when Kate returned from her run (jogging) to the tapas at 5.30pm?

At 3.30pm, Kate and Gerry McCann had booked an hour long couples tennis lesson with the professional coach at the resort. But because the courts were unoccupied half an hour before that appointment, Kate and Gerry took advantage and decided to having a knock up for half an hour first. This put them on the tennis courts at 3 pm that day, but there is no official record that they actually were present on the tennis courts during that 30 minute period. These/those 30 minutes could prove to be a pivotal part of the case concerning the disappearance of Madeleine McCann...

there is no independent coroberative evidence, that Kate and Gerry McCann had had a knock up between themselves some 30 minutes before they're booked appointment on the tennis courts with the professional coach.

A great deal could have been done during those 30 minutes!

For example, either one of the parents, or both of them come to that matter, could quite easily have made the journey down towards the beach, in particular, to the general area of the derelict building which is situated directly across the street from the village church, so as to deposit madeline's body which was contained inside Gerry McCann sports holdall in the grounds of the derelict building, and then one or other, or both of them then made their way back up to the Tapas area in time for their booked appointment with the professional coach on the tennis courts at 3: 30 pm!

In my opinion, that 30 minute period between 3.00pm and 3.30pm has to be treated as potentially the point when the parents got rid of the body!

To a certain extent, the McCann parents sought to rely upon the fact that because they knew that Russell O'Briens daughter (Ella) was present at the lobster creche that afternoon, by mentioning that Ella was already present by the time the McCanns dropped off Madeleine at 2.50pm, that this in some way establishes beyond doubt that Madeleine was still alive by 2.50pm, but it doesn't...

Madeleine had died by that stage, already!

This brings into play something which neither the Portuguese police, nor the Leicestershire police, or the Metropolitan Police, appear to have considered, but it is something worthy of serious consideration, and that is that some tragedy befell Madeleine McCann at the morning creche (Lobsters) which led to the nanny in question contacting one or other of the parents on their mobile telephones, requesting that they come as quickly as possible because Madeleine had had a terrible accident, and that upon arriving at the creche that one or both the parents took it upon themselves to try to revive Madeleine, or if possible to keep her alive, but that things turned from bad to worse, and it left the creche nanny and the parents in a predicament!

I feel sure, that if such a thing did happen, that it happened during the morning session...

My reasons for believing this, are as follows:-

According to witness statements made by the creche nannies, the kids sailing club only took place in the afternoon of Tuesday 1st May 2007, and on the following day, Wednesday 2nd May 2007!

There had been no sailing club at all on Thursday 3rd May 2007...

Here are the creche registers (lobsters) for Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon (1st and 2nd May 2007):-

Oddly enough, and without any explanation, there appears one creche register (Lobsters) which is 'UNDATED', with nowhere for it to fit in anywhere, suggesting that these registers could have been tampered with - since, if Madeleine McCann had gone missing or had died much sooner than the time (10pm) she was reported taken by her parents from. Their apartment, then the log entries bearing Madeleine's name, and the parents details and signatures, must be forgeries! Of course, the nanny who purportedly looked after the kids would have to be in on any sort of a cover up involving the possibility that Madeleine had died whilst at the creche, and once one or other parent was contacted and attended, that they may have adopted a procedure to try and ressusitate her, or to keep her alive, but everything must have gone tits up! At that point, the Nanny and the parents found themselves in a predicament - had the local emergency services been called out at all?

It's looking highly probable that something untoward happened to Madeleine on the afternoon of Tuesday 1st May 2007, when only six of the seven children who were attending the sailing club too part!

The 7 child members of the group at the creche (lobsters) on afternoon of 1st May 2007:

(1) - Madeleine McCann
(2) - Jessica Berry
(3) - Tia Patel
(4) - Ella O'Brian
(5) - William
(6) - Elizabeth Naylor
(7) - Richard Nann

Yet, only 6 of these 7 took part in the sailing club activity on that (1st May 2007) date!

It is my belief that Madeleine McCann was the child who did not take part in the sailing club activities on that particular afternoon!

Something happened to her after she joined the afternoon session, which led to her death!

Also, note that Madeleine wasn't collected by anyone, and that the time of collection has been omitted! In addition, Madeleine's name appears twice on the register, bottom of list for morning session, top of the list afternoon session?
