Fingerprinting began only after the case became a murder scene which was 4/5 weeks after the tragedy. BC had then been present to " witness finding " the silencer. Other than that it was SJ who'd picked up a silencer on the morning of the 7th.
This I believe was all happening while JB was in custody,so far as I can remember.

Sometimes just one telling detail gives the game away. But on this issue there are several.

http://jeremybamberinnocent.blogspot.co.uk/2010/07/case-of-jeremy-bamber.html

"In addition a statement from Robert Boutflour (Doc P29) states that the accountant Basil Cock was complaining about fingerprint dust when the silencer was found and paid no interest to it.

White House Farm was not fingerprinted until after September 7th. Therefore it must have been found after this date."

The point is that Robert Boutflour was describing what took place when the relatives allegedly found the silencer on August 10th.

And the pattern is repeated. We get the same descriptions made and conversations allegedly occurring on August 10th which are elsewhere recorded as occurring after September 11th.

What is said to have occurred in this statement on August 14th actually did occur a month later. These cops were lying and the COLP investigators would have figured it out because the authentic records of the finding of the silencer on September 11th would have been available to them. Of course COLP didn't start with the intention of helping Essex Police cover up the real truth, but that is what eventually happened. Cops rarely grass on other cops.

The duplication theory would be a good description of your position.

My understanding is the findings of the so called 'COLP Enquiry' into these matters, resulted in two different reports containing their findings and conclusions, (1) - dealing with the actual truthfulness in all matters (not disclosed), and (2) - the official version of events, that was disclosed!

In the former, Sheila almost certainly shot and killed the other four victims, and needless to say the cops shot Sheila in somewhat bizarre circumstances, they shot her downstairs in the kitchen, and upstairs on the bedroom floor (after she had already been reported as being dead twice, once downstairs in the kitchen between 7.35am, and secondly whilst her body was laying on the far side of the bed at 8.44am)! Sheila was eventually confirmed as being actually dead by a Dr Harris, which caused the second team of SOCO to be delayed in taking control of the crime scene. It should be pointed out that never before had two different SOCO teams conducted an examination of the same crime scene within hours of one another - in this particular case they did, and the reason they did was because after the first team of SOCO (DC Henderson and DC Oakey) commenced duties inside the  premises at around 9.00am, Sheila was inflicted with a second shot, which necessitated the involvement of a separate SOCO team (Cook, Davidson, Hammersley and PC Bird). This had to happen because Henderson and Oakey were witnesses in the shooting of Sheila Caffell after 9.00am - there had to be an independent forensic investigation involving no-one present inside the farmhouse after Sheila got shot the second time, hence why Cook and his team took control of the crime scene (10.00am, onward), afterwards...

Just to clarify the point I am making - it is not disputed that different teams of SOCO might attend a crime scene, but where this usually happens, the members of one SOCO team acknowledge the presence and the involvement of another SOCO team in the same matter, whereas in the instant case, the opposite was true, the involvement of DC Henderson and DC Oakey in the crime scene has been hushed up, as though Henderson and Oakey were never even there, that they had never been there! Well since DC Oakey had taken crime scene photograph no.25 which shows a view of the rifles barrel resting against the left hand side of Sheila Caffell's neck, the involvement of Henderson and Oakey (the 2nd team of SOCO) can hardly be denied any further!

Duties carried out by DC Henderson and DC Oakey (1st team of SOCO) performed at the scene during an hour long period between around 9.00am to 10.00am, coincided with senior officers ( Harris, Gibbons, Jones, Clark, Montgomery, etc) performing 'informatives', where the bodies of victims were moved and items of  furniture and clothing  and the guns were moved around, as in a theatre production! Seems to me, that the witness statements, notebook entries, and Officers reports concerning this one hour period involving all the criminals in uniform and suits and ties, should be the only requirement needed to exonerated Jeremy Bamber in these shootings! It is these witness statements, and officers notes, and reports which cover that crucial one hour period inside the farmhouse between 9.00am and 10.00am?

Once this undisclosed material is disclosed, Bamber will walk free...

He will walk free because only then will it become clear to every Tom Dick and Harry, that Jeremy didn't shoot his sister and kill her, and that he didn't stage her death scene there on his parents bedroom floor! But, that the police had done, and did...

I know of one course of action that needs to be taken ASAP, in order to compel Essex Police to hand over this damning evidence, since in the event that they don't, the only other alternative will be that their CPS colleagues will invite those representing Jeremy Bambers interests to appeal his convictions, at which stage the DPP would offer no evidence, effectively guaranteeing Bamber his freedom...

The course of action that I propose, is that Bamber applies by way of 'a writ of habeas corpus' to the High Court, requesting Essex Police to hand over, or to make available to him, all the information, material, photographs, video footage, witness statements, notes and reports, concerning that one hour period that took place involving those I have named,  between 9.00 am and 10.00am, whilst 'informatives' were being practiced. Once a writ of habeas corpus is issued, Essex Police cannot refuse to hand over the evidence! Any such refusal would not only be treated as a contempt of court, but it will force the hand of the appellate court, they will have no option but to quash the convictions, rather than force Essex Police and the CPS into showing their dirty laundry in public!

Jeremy Bamber is being unlawfully detained, based upon a court finding of false facts!

Ordinarily, a writ of habeas corpus involves an incarcerated person which the state or its agencies has been unlawfully detaining...

In Bambers case, this will prove to be true in the production of all the information, material, photographs, videos, witness statements, pocketbook notes and officers reports concerning what the police did inside the various rooms of the farmhouse, specifically between around 9.00am to 10.00am. In particular, the kitchen downstairs, and the main bedroom upstairs, where they moved bodies, furniture, clothing and guns around, ending up with the police staging the death scenes of the three adult victims, so that when the second SOCO team came along (later on) they photographed the staged crime scenes as though this was how the bodies of the three adult victims had been found about three hours earlier, untouched, unmoved by anyone!

Do you think ANN EATON had the mantle piece, in Kitchen at WHITE HOUSE FARM, painted in the same colour as JEREMY's cell..magnolia? how ironic...

They were afraid when JEREMY went from Category A to B, I wonder why...

I slow down for a speeding police car, don't you?

6.01pm on Friday 6th September 1985 'Part 2' of the case began.
