There is a lot to consider, and to take into account in this matter!

To my mind, everything rests upon Jeremy Bambers ability to have had some involvement, or other, in his sister's death, and the stage managing of her death scene on her parents bedroom floor!

However, I shall start this thread off by drawing attention to Sheila Caffell's mental illness, and the dramatic effects brought on by 'a drastic reduction in her haloperidol medication' weeks before the tragedy, which brought on a condition known as 'akathisia'...

It is to my knowledge that due to the drastic reduction in her medication (her dosage of haloperidol was halved weeks before by her doctor, without consultation of her psychiatrist), that Sheila's mental illness worsened dramatically, making her more aggressive with the risk of harm she might cause to other people in the ascendency, imperative!

I have painstakingly studied the symptoms brought about at the onset of drug induced Akathisia  and identified the known fact that a reduction in a patient's medication, such as haloperidol, is likely to bring aggressive behaviour into a person's character, which otherwise would not have been present!

What is important in this case, are the views of persons who witnessed her behaviour after the reduction in her medication had taken place, and not simply to rely upon her bahavioural characteristics beforehand!

To my mind, everything rests upon Jeremy Bambers ability to have had some involvement, or other, in his sister's death, and the stage managing of her death scene on her parents bedroom floor!

He may have had foreknowledge that a serious incident might take place.  He may have had foreknowledge that his sister intended to commit suicide.  He may have had foreknowledge that she intended more.  He could have 'assisted' Sheila by concocting a reason to leave the gun out for her.  Then all he had to do was take a step back and wait to see what took place.  He could not have actively assisted Sheila, if she had indeed 'gone berserk'.  However, if what Sheila did was planned by her beforehand and she carried it out while retaining some control of her faculties, that would make more sense for any scenario where jeremy somehow actively assisted.  But not much more sense.

I think it more likely that she saw the opportunity available, she also went berserk and Jeremy had no foreknowledge - which is exactly why he couldn't tell Colin what had taken place and exactly why he and the defence have had to fit things together piece by piece over 33 years.  The jigsaw is probably only three quarters done.  It may be impossible to complete in its entirety.

Both a reduction as well as an overdose of Haloperidol can cause a huge" meltdown " in behaviour caused by the effect that the chemical has on the brain.

What is important in this case, are the views of persons who witnessed her behaviour after the reduction in her medication had taken place, and not simply to rely upon her bahavioural characteristics beforehand!

Having said that, even prior to the reduction in her haloperidol treatment taking place, there existed periods of violence, aggression and fear which she imposed, or directed at other people, as evidenced by the accounts of some of Sheila Caffell's friends who made witness statements to the police expressing the fears they had when Sheila had 'one of her turns'...

Emani 'feared for his life's, on occasions, and he feared for the safety of other people, including small children Sheila had been minding at the time of one such relapse!

Exactly how anyone, can say that Sheila wasn't the kind of person to be violent, or aggressive, or be able to instill genuine fear in other people when she was that way inclined, therefore has to be dismissed readily! Sheila had her moments, in which had you been present in her company at such a time, you would have feared for your own safety, for the safety of others...

That was the situation prior to the reduction in her haloperidol treatment!

Here is the definitive truth - something that her doctors, her psychiatrist know to be the truth but is that which they deliberately chose to conceal from the court which tried Jeremy Bamber for his sister's murder!

It was irrelevant in many ways that Sheila Caffell had been diagnosed as suffering from schizophrenia until her death inside the farmhouse on the morning of 7th August 1985. Since, she was quite obviously also afflicted by another condition which made her behaviour more aggressive due to the recent reduction in her haloperidol medication'!

Agressiveness...

It is known that a drastic reduction in medication such as haloperidol, can induce a condition known as 'Akathisia', including an increase in aggression, where other people are put at an increased risk of becoming harmed by the patient!

Here, lays the foundation behind the killings of the other four victims in this tragedy - brought on by the mismanagement of Sheila Caffell's medication by her doctor (without the knowledge or consent of Sheila Caffell's psychiatrist)!

Pity Kris Mrksa won't be interested in this possibility.

The consequences of halving her 300 MLS of haloperidol, halved to 150 MLS, weeks before the tragedy, brought about an uncontrollable change in Sheila Caffell's behaviour, which no-one could have witnessed prior to the early hours of 7th August 1985, because literally Sheila's dosage of haloperidol had never been reduced until weeks before the tragedy! Sheila started to suffer from and with a drug induced 'aggression' she had not shown symptoms of previously! Prior to this moment in time, other people had never really been in any sort of danger from her bahavioural outbursts, not her boyfriend, Freddie Emani, or her children, or anybody else's children, but all this changed once her doctor agreed to reduce by half her monthly intake of haloperidol!

The doctor who halved the dosage of haloperidol prescribed by her psychiatrist has to be somewhat held accountable for what Sheila became capable of doing from the point where the dosage of haloperidol was provided!
