What in your opinion is the difference between striking someone and attacking someone ?

It is exactly the same in my book ...

Let's put it another way - Sometimes Sheila used to physically hit Colin ...

Except Colin says not!

I note that a " wild woman " in her 50's didn't ward off TWO youngstrong policeofficerson Friday in Chelmsford where she stabbed the two,who required treatment. She was arrested for attempted murder. The same woman would no doubt have shot the officers had she had a gun and not the knife !

Funny how you try to do a "Ta Dah! My point's been proved" with these rare occurrences. You seem to spend a vast amount of time trawling throw various papers in search of them.

Oh, so you're not the incompetent twit you claim to be when it comes to computer skills? I thought it was strange that you -who claim such disgust and disinterest in red and those who reside there- knew your way round it better than I. I can only conclude that you frequently take sneaky looks at what they're saying to peddle over here as being your own thoughts. You're right, though. I don't go "looking for news items like that", "THAT" being those you seem to search for to post here.

Is it an art being two-faced ? Or were you born that way ? This is another archaelogical dig by the way.

What makes me two-faced? You're the one who creates diversions.

Well if you can't see how you're two-faced I'd better explain. When you first entered the forum with your " innocent " hat on,you were the nicest of people, then when you turned to guilty you became this harridan of hatred towards your fellow supporters.

Diversions ? Wasn't it you who mentioned " poppies " which weren't in this particular thread ?

Oh dear! Lookout, you appear to be saying that none of us have any right to change our minds. I realize it can be a bit scary for others. It can make some people feel rather insecure and unsupported -not you, of course ;) because the whole dynamic changes. Maybe my "harridan" emerged because those who'd previously been friendly towards me allowed me to see the other side of their personalities, so I felt a need to defend my new position?

"Hate" isn't a word that's in my vocabulary when referring to people, Lookout.
