Let's now look at DI Henshaws committal deposition, taken at Barnsley Magistrates court:-
(1) Henshaw asserts that he was responsible for making the log, dated, 22nd January, 1986 - inside which both DC Caulfield, and DS Shepherd claimed they had both been present in, from 5.20pm, onward...
(2) Henshaw, agreed that his signature appears on the aforementioned surveillance log...
(3) DI Henshaw states, that his witness statement, dated, 18th March, 1986, was typed by reference to the notes recorded in his pocketbook...
(4) he agreed the the time (5.20pm) typed on the first page had been inserted with use of a different type faced typewriter (same thing happened, in the witness statements of DC Caulfield, and DS Shepherd, who's witness statements were both, dated, 17th March, 1986), when asked why the time (5.20pm) had been inserted into the body of an already existing witness statement page, with use of a completely different type writer which had a different typeface, he replied, that he 'could not answer that'. What became apparent from his answer and the testimony he had given, thus far, was that on the 18th March, 1986, when his witness statement had been typed by reference to his pocket book entry, as per the 22nd January, 1986, that there was no times entered into his pocketbook at all, otherwise, the body of the statement, including the time (5.20pm) would have been typed with use of the same typewriter, not two different ones (this argument also applied to DC Caulfield, and DS Shepherd, who's witness statements were, dated, 17th March, 1986...
(5) it becomes apparent that Henshaw could not have signed his witness statement, dated, 18th March, 1986, on that date itself, because he stated that the witness statement was made up from the notes in his pocketbook. If the witness statement had been made up from the notes in his pocketbook, on the 18th March, 1986, as per the alleged events of 22nd September, 1986, the time (5.20pm) would have been typed by use of the same type writer as the remaining body of his witness statement. The fact that it wasn't has to be treated as confirmation that Henshaw did not have any timings recorded in his pocketbook, on the 18th March, 1986, as per the alleged events of 22nd January, 1986...
(6) According to DI Henshaw, at a debriefing held immedistely after the alleged events on the 22nd January, 1986, it was brought to his attention that DC Caulfield, and DS Shepherd did not know me. So, here at this state, the head of the surveillance is admitting that after a debrief, held on the 22nd January, 1986, the two officers who introduced this police identification evidence (11th March, 1986) to link me to these earlier matters (22nd January, 1986)had not identified me as one of the two men they claim they had seen on that earlier occasion, otherwise, the police would have hot footed it to my then home address to arrest me, a week before they actually arrested me (30th January, 1986)...
(7) Henshaw stated, that he was prepared to let other people come and go to the target premises, because his main concern was to arrest Foggin, and Teskowski - this tactic permitted the criminals who were really responsible for all the crimes they charged me with, to escape and not face prosecution, just so the cops could pin the blame on me for everything they wanted to clear up...
(8) After the 'strike now', command was given, Henshaw and the others, arrived outside the target premises at more or less the same time, and no sooner does Henshaw arrive there, than he claims falsely that he saw me leaving the front door of No.4 Monkspring (whoever he saw, he did not see me there, the lying bastard) - as will be seen, Henshaws view of the front door of those premises was blocked off completely because of the existence of a six feet tall privet hedge, raised on top of an 18 inch boundary wall of the garden of No.4, Monkspring (the animal would not have been able to see the house door, let alone identify anyone coming out of that door)...
(9) In addition to this impossibility, Henshaw was the driver of the surveillance vehicle, and would have needed to look beyond his front seat passenger to stand any chance of getting a view, of either the front door of No.4, on the nearside of the vehicle he was travelling in, or the man he claimed was me, when it wasn't...
(10) Henshaws remarks regarding a vehicle they allegedly followed later on in the evening, which was travelling, he claimed at speeds of between 80 and 90 MPH on roads which had a restricted speed limit of only 30 MPH, is testimony to the license this particular group of criminalized bent coppers had. Just for the record, police never charged me with any speeding offences, or any motoring offences, it was just pure bullshit on their part...
(11) Henshaw claimed that he only had me in his sight for a few seconds at the most (it wasn't me he saw), he claimed he first saw me, through the nearside of the police vehicle that he was driving as it pulled up outside No.4 Monkspring - but it was all a big fabrication, because there was the physical barrier of the 18 inch raised garden wall, on top of which was a thick privet hedge, presenting a seven and a half feet tall barrier preventing him from seeing what he claimed he had seen...
(12) Henshaw claims that he chased after the man he had seen leaving the front door, once he got out of his police vehicle. He was that anxious to get after that man, that he left the keys in the ignition, he said with the engine still running. Worse still, the idiot claimed that although he ran after this man (who he claimed was me, but it wasn't me), he said that by the time he got to the side door of the house, and he heard the door slam shut and whatever, he says he could not see any fresh footprints in the snow, which suggested the man he had seen had gone into the house, in question. Bloody marvellous, these ridiculous things those keystone cops were saying, and writing about me. I never realized that I could walk on fresh snow without leaving any footprints in it...
(13) According to Henshaw, and the other lying clowns that surrounded the house in question within a matter of seconds, I somehow, 'vanished' from the bloody scene, now there's a funny thing, I never realized until now that if I had been that man, then I have got, or I had powers that were not human. I must be 'a super hero', or as the case may be, 'I was a super hero'. My friends and family, dubbed me ' Spring heeled Jack' once I got arrested, convicted, and sentenced, not for these, but many other matters that bent cops successfully pinned on me by a reliance on dodgy identification evidence made by police offiicers (Spring heeled Jack, re-incarnated)...
(14) Henshaw makes mention of police informant Gordon Stanton, from Goldthorpe, in South Yorkshire. What an evil individual 'Gordon Stanton' was (is). He not only was a professional police informant (he helped to convict a gang of armed robbers from Doncaster, whilst working undercover as a gang member, for which he received a £10,000 payment), but he was also a member of a paedophile ring, which the No.3 Regional Crime Squad, turned a blind eye to. That bastard has got a lot to answer for, so has his wife, Debbie Stanton. If I were to tell you. that the No.3 RCS got another professional police informer (Godfrey Lewis) to infiltrate Stantons' gang, whilst Stanton and his wife were also on the payroll of the police, it would not be an exaggeration. The Stantons used to stub lighted cigarettes out on the bodies of their (own) young children who were all under the ages of 5 (the Stantons' and other members of the paedophile ring that they ran were (are) vile individuals)...
15 Henshaw states that at the debrief after the surveillance on the 22nd January, 1986, it became apparent that DC Caulfield, and DS Shepherd could not identify Teskowski (yet by 11th March, 1986, they did do)...
