Sheila didn't shower. She was asleep when Bamber started shooting. Plus, on top of her existing meds that weakened her and made her drowsy, she was menstruating which any women knows drains the life out of you. She would have been totally knackered and weak.

I don't know if it's signficant or not that Sheila had started her period. There have been reports of women getting aggressive because of hormones, so that's possible, but there's no proof of that.

There's much proof that PMT causes a lot of women to turn violent if aggravated during this time. I'm almost certain that was a problem with the woman who stabbed her partner to death in the car. She's not that long been released and in another relationship I believe.
