how does he have to be lying he could of missed pathologist miss things sometimes.

they make mistakes like everybody else.

That must be it. The pathologist missed the scratches.

So he missed fresh gouges and scratches extending from her hand up to her elbow but noticed and noted old scars? He also detailed injuries on Nevil of a similar type to those that Roch is claiming were present on Sheila so how could he possibly miss similar marks on Sheila? He was Peter Venesis not Mr Magoo, so good luck with that theory!

It's very simple. Instead of berating outsiders for being unable to suggest every motive with pinpoint accuracy - you direct your questions at the people involved.

But I don't believe they did what you're suggesting so why don't you ask them - and Venezis too?

Eh? You and Jane are the ones constantly harping on to people who were patently not involved - demanding explanations for the  motives of the people who were.  Am I missing something?

it has happend before thres a vase of patholgist who said a man had been kicked to death when he had in fact been shot he dident notice the bullet

now if a mistake like that can be made then surely eochs sugestion is not completly unfeasable.

Asking you to support your theory by providing motive is perfectly logical. You 'harp' on constantly about this one and that one forming a conspiracy to frame Bamber in the full knowledge that he is innocent and have no idea why they would. Perhaps it's you who needs to confront these people to solidify your idea because at the moment, it lacks legs.

Nugs maybe they were covered in blood smears and the cuts and gauges were hidden till the bodies were cleaned I am not sure of the procedure but I understand the autopsy is carried out soon after death I mean it seems Venezis made a mistake about Sheila,s hands being clean.

They took pictures after the bodies were washed and during the autopsy, there is no way Venezis could have missed such injuries.

There was a murder near where I live. The police have said they will never know the real motive for the murder - precisely because the men who were charged and convicted wouldn't reveal it or discuss the matter.  The men were convicted despite there being no known or discernable motive. The killers knew the motive.  The police and the victim's family didn't.  Sometimes that's the world we live in.

Caroline thank you for that I was not aware of the procedure but Peter Venezis did appear to get it wrong with his report about Sheila.s hands being clean his two reports were somewhat conflicting as I recall we discussed this years ago

I think that the point that david made about the differences at that time and who was working for who and no independent labs etc could be relevant .

They were just there to confirm a decision the police had already made .

it would depend weather he looked at the pictures or not other experts looked at the pictures and came to diffren conclusions.
