I think if the Defence could prove that Sheila made contact with Nevill or June it would be a good start.

Off topic from Buddy's thread - but if she was purely a victim in all of this - why would she gouge her own arm?

Well I don't see them as gouges, as I and other members have pointed out to you repeatedly.

That is your opinion Steve, you have to remember that Roch has seen much clearer pics than the grainy pics most on the forum have to work with.  However the photo of her right hand which Bill put up was much clearer.

I find it difficult to believe that you didn't have the slightest doubt that at least some of those marks just might, possibly, have been something more. Even if you found it impossible to accept the implications of how they may have got there.

Maggie - it's like Charles Darwin trying to espouse 'origin of the species'.  I'm afraid the old guard are horrified  :))

Maggie it has been said on here that posters see what they want to see with regard to the scratches and gauge marks and to a certain extent I accept that but NGB sees them as scratches and gauge marks and he is impartial you had started to believe Jeremy was guilty and you see the marks and I am sure this must have changed your opinion roch himself was never sure now he is after seeing the marks my laptop shows grainy pics but the fact you and Roch and NGB see them is good enough for me as I know you are all three honest people and only speak the truth.

Well as I say I'd like to see evidence of contact with Nevill and June, and damage to Sheila's nails therefrom.

She's claimed to have been a self harmer.

Sorry for dragging your thread off-topic Buddy.  I did chuckle when I read this.  The boss was certainly more savvy at self preservation than Jeremy was.  That's for sure.  I think though that she was also a pawn caught between relatives and police.
No probs Roch I just put a different slant on it rather regurgitating the same old stuff.
I still think the boss was more involved though.

I was quoting you. I should have put a put a question make in, but thought that as I'd said -albeit, abbreviated- "She has been claimed.............." it wouldn't be seen as my belief. My comment was entirely tongue in cheek.

I do remember lookout but I would doubt very much that Sheila's wounds on her hand and arm were anything to do with self harming.  June and Nevill had similar wounds as you know.

I agree,those wounds weren't self-inflicted.
