The judge also mentioned the caravan break in when sentancing Bamber.

The judge also mentioned Julie's 1984 minor cheque book fraud in his summing up. The defence bringing it up during the trial although it had nothing to do with the massacre.

Jan I never knew that Jeremy was charged and convicted with the caravan break in I know Julie was'ent and you could not charge one without the other as it was a joint effort.

I don't know. But doubt it. He was charged, convicted & sentanced for another crime though. Suspect the focus was on that.

Cheque fraud . Not minor . Personally I don't think that was relevant either . Just because he had done a burglary does not make him a murderer. Because she had committed fraud di not mean she was an unreliable witness, but being paid by the n.o.w might .
