Both crimes were mentioned in the judges summing up
Hmmm I thought that Jeremy had not actually been convicted of breaking into the caravan park ? And I thought a judge was not supposed to mention previous crimes ( especially when not officially convicted ) in case of prejudice ?
That's interesting too .
Thank you Adam , does seem like the judge was a bit biased .
Bamber was charged with the caravan break in & attended court. He was wearing a white top & baseball boots.
The judge also mentioned the caravan break in when sentancing Bamber.
The judge also mentioned Julie's 1984 minor cheque book fraud in his summing up. The defence bringing it up during the trial although it had nothing to do with the massacre.
