Hello Adam - don't forget Julie Mugford from your list - she also said a third party committed the massacre ...

The Yorkshire Ripper was arrested and released to kill more victims - because he had an "unshakeable" alibi - he isn't the only UK serial killer that this has happened to either - does anyone anywhere actually know what Malcoms "unshakeable alibi" actually was ?

If his alibi was ever disproved then every thing in this case would make perfect sense to me - I would have no more unanswered questions ...

WPC Jeaves almost certainly saw a rifle in the window that was not there later -( add that to the possible  "movement" spotted in another window ) - in my mind there was someone else in the farm alive when Jeremy was outside - was it Malcolm ?

Every body makes mistakes - including plenty of Police Officers - but when a firearms INSTRUCTOR says she thought she saw a gun in a window then you can bet your life that she thought she saw a gun in that window and that she almost certainly actually did see a gun in that window ...
Firearms INSTRUCTORS just don't make mistakes like that easily ...
There is a very strong possibility indeed that she was correct ...

Ask yourself this one question Adam :
 :o
What specific reasons absolutely convince you that WPC Jeaves was wrong ?

If WPC Jeaves was right then it does not mean that Jeremy is guilty or innocent - but it would mean that a third party other than Jeremy was involved in the murders ...

"Almost certainly"? Doesn't that just mean 'possibly maybe'? Where did this 'third party go'? Did they de-materialise, beamed up by aliens that are already present on earth and living among us or were they part of the HUGE paedo ring that the establishment nurtures - and as a result, they just walked free. Maybe it was Jimmy Saville?  :o

I said SUPPOSED I did not say we HAD.  Don't you understand the difference?  In fact your reply to my post makes absolutely no sense what so ever.
I am far from naïve and well aware there is as much corruption in our Establishment as in any other and don't need a lecture from you thanks very much.
Anyway your theory is ridiculous and I don't think even you believe it.

I think he does  ;D

I think a third party was mentioned because JM didn't want to implicate Jeremy. It usually happens that way when one looks to someone else to blame.
If Jeremy had had relatives on his side JM would have sided with them instead of the others. It's how it goes.

If Julies witness statements were false then this would make sense.
It would be dangerous to directly blame Jeremy in case he could prove he was elsewhere at the time.
This is what actually happened apparently with Malcolm.
At least with Malcolm they could put it down as the one detail that was a lie by Jeremy.
If Julie was lying then I am sure she was put up to it by the relatives.
It was her statement and the silencer that put him under suspicion.
Without those 2 things he never would have even been a suspect let alone convicted.
If DC Jones was convinced that it was Jeremy then he would be happy to help coach Julie in her false statement - noble cause corruption was rampant in Essex in the 1980's.
If anyone doesn't believe me then research why they had to bring in the PACE Act of 1984.
It was because noble cause corruption was so absolutely rampant in the UK.
The PACE Act 1984 made it a lot harder for them to get away with it.
But the reason the Act was necessary was because it was so rampant at that time.
It was almost standard Police procedure at that time.
Luckily because of the PACE Act 1984 noble cause corruption is now a lot rarer.

You are correct - my wording could have been better.
He was not arrested but was interviewed as a suspect 9 times.
If he had refused to be interviewed then they would have arrested him.
He had no choice but to take part in the interviews - he was a strong suspect.
They ruled him out initially because of his false alibi.

Did you know Jimmy Saville was also a suspect in the Ripper case ?
They made a cast of his teeth to match against a victim.
Many people say he was friends with the Ripper before he was caught.
He certainly became friends with him after in Broadmoor.
One victim was found yards from Savilles house.
Allegedly Saville was supplying children to Ted Heath to murder on his yacht.
This is one reason why Saville was above the law and could not be arrested.
Maybe this protection extended to his friend the Ripper ?
Maybe they were not able to cover up the number plate incident ?
Saville was given the keys to Broadmoor and certainly looked after his friend the Ripper in there ...

Dear god!  ::)

Kaldin, Peter Sutcliffe was interviewed many times by various police departments but was never arrested for any of the murders and then released. When he was finally caught he was taken into custody due to false number plates on his car. How they never arrested him prior to this has always amazed me. The photofit pictures done by people who survived were so much like him it was unbelievable that he was never arrested, they were so much like him.

I do apologise Maggie - it shows how confusing words can be.
You are very obviously not naïve and you are not under any illusions about our Establishment.
Many rulers in history use the tactic of having holds on every one below them in the hierarchy.
Hitler did this but he is far from the only one in history to do so.
Did you see what happened in Barcelona recently ?
The states violent reaction was not because they want to form an independent nation.
It was because they want to form a Republic ie without the Royal family in charge.

The first 10 times I went to Spain Hitlers mate and fellow dictator Franco was still in charge.
I take nothing for granted.
If you think you can start an independent newspaper in this country then you would be surprised at what would happen to you in my honest opinion.
I genuinely believe it would be a lot more possible in Russia or Zimbabwe for example.
This honest view is based on my very extensive experience in this country.
That's OK and I don't disagree with what you say in the above post.  I too visited Spain a few times when Franco was still in power and I remember his police and how frightening they were.  I have family members living in the SW and I visit every year so I do have a fair idea about Spanish politics etc. and what a tragedy it must be to free thinking people in Spain.  The shadow of Franco still lingers over the country.

Thatcher was close to Jimmy Saville so that means she knew he was a perv? I doubt he introduced himself in a manner that relieved himself (literally or not). Do you imagine she was setting him up with rent boys? Bloody hell, youre the one who sounds naive and frankly a bi cranky! Ted Heath murdered children?

I guess you believe this load of old crap? http://yournewswire.com/ted-heath-exposed-as-a-paedophile-murderer-and-satanist-video/

FFS!

I actually believe Wiltshire Police and the Guardian newspaper :

https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2017/sep/30/police-say-there-were-grounds-to-suspect-edward-heath-over-child-abuse-claims

The Telegraph think it is worth reporting as well :

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/10/01/heath-sex-inquiry-allege-former-prime-minister-abused-youngsters/

The report is out on Thursday ...

It is a fact that Saville took many boys onto Heaths Yacht.

Credible witnesses say they did not all come back ...

Lets see what the enquiry discovers ...

Do you think I made this up ?

The Daily Mail must have helped me if I did :

Reporting is different from believing and what do you mean by 'credible'. Basically if you ever shared breathing space with Saville, you must be a paedo. There is no denying the man was a monster, but many have jumped on the bandwagon and it's spiralled into ridiculousness.

If the enquiry doesn't discover that Ted Heath was a murdering paedo, the same people who believe this will just cry 'cover up' and start claiming members of the enquiry must be involved.  ::) Will you accept the finding of the enquiry? If they prove what you are saying, I'll be back here to eat my words - will you if the reverse is true?

Oh no, I don't think you made it up, what I can't understand, is why you believe the connotations? How many other casts were made of other people's teeth? How many people were interviewed because they used prostitutes? They are both monsters - we all know that, but are monsters for different and separate reasons.

It is within my personal knowledge that there are good and bad people close to that enquiry.
I am confident that the good people have the upper hand on this one.
I am satisfied beyond doubt that Saville took many boys onto Heaths Yacht in Jersey.
Why would the witnesses lie who said some of those boys never came back ?
Wiltshire Police received 40 allegations that Heath had abused them.
They consider at least 7 as entirely credible.
That is why they say if he was alive today they would interview him under caution.
Why would these 7 people lie - why would the Jersey witnesses lie about the boys not coming back.
When confronted Saville said he had never been to Jersey.
Days later this was exposed as a lie by the Press - they produced a photo of him at the childrens home in Jersey - you must remember that surely ?
Why would Saville lie about not going to Jersey unless he was up to no good there ?
Wiltshire Police are not wrong on this one ...
