Recent suggestions on why Bamber is innocent:
« on: May 24, 2017, 05:25:AM »
Bamber is innocent because Julie identified the twins.

Bamber is innocent because Ann Eaton gave Basil Cock Nevill's wallet.

Bamber is innocent because the police may not have noticed the feint kitchen scratch marks in the first two days.

Bamber is innocent because Julie stayed with him for 20 days.

Bamber is innocent because he apparently used the wrong weapon.

Bamber is innocent because Julie took a second look at the twins.

Bamber is innocent because Nevill's first two close range shots in the jaw and lip did not kill him.

Bamber is innocent because no one knows where Nevill was when Sheila started shooting the twins.

A hit man team carried out the massacre.

RB carried out the massacre.

AE Carried out the massacre.

I am sure everyone agrees none of these reasons are strong enough to submit to the CCRC. They are just individual opinions rather than new evidence.

JackieD & Roch said they have receieved new information or have had undisclosed information for a long time. Hopefully this will be revealed on here or other stronger submissions will be provided to provide good debate.

Todays suggestions that I have read have been that Bamber chose the wrong murder weapon. Although no alternative weapons were suggested.

And that Bamber wouldn't have emerged from the kitchen fight unscathed. Although Sheila did.

As mentioned there needs to be stronger arguments put forward if there is going to be an unprecedented third CCRC submission.
