the the silencer was only pointed out to them by the relatives what about the scratch marks who pointed them out.

The relatives noticed the paint in the silencer was similar to the aga paint. Then checked the aga and noticed the scratch marks. Keep up.

The relatives couldn't scratch the aga as a frame because they had not seen the crime scene photo's, which may have shown a scratch free aga.

Nugs didn't answer my point that the relatives couldn't scratch the aga as they had not seen the crime scene pictures.

This isn't surprising as it's one of my 15 questions on the relatives fabricating the silencer which you cannot answer.

Still no answer. Or an answer on who you believe fabricated the silencer. Or any answers to my questions on two threads created today.

All you have supplied is a question on why the police didn't notice feint scratch marks on the aga. Which at the time meant nothing.

to establish a wrongfull conviction you dont need to know who fabricated the evdence just that it was fabricated.

why did the police fail to notice the scratch marks on the mantle

Does it not depend on WHERE, on the mantle, the scratch marks were? ie how would they have managed to be on top of the mantle shelf in the form of a scratch, not a gouge, and why would police have been looking on a shelf? Even more, had the scratch marks been UNDER the shelf, why would they have thought of looking there? Who of them would have been short enough to look?

well why would the relatives have looked there then.

Simple. At that stage they were looking for something the police weren't. Whilst it may have been there, it's not an indication that it was a recent addition. Nor, if it WAS caused by a gun, is it an indication of who was holding it.

Eh ? What are you talking about ?

There is no evidence the scratch marks were made after the crime.

From reading you're posts I suspect you still want to believe the relatives fabricated the silencer.

Therefore you need to prove they were able to do this by answering my 15 questions. Not bottle it and hide behind this weak thread question.

As the story goes, they noticed the paint on the moderator which just happened to be the same colour as the Aga surround, they then looked at the surround and discovered scratches.
