It mentions about Nevill & June giving some or all of their wills to the church.

That would have really pleased Bamber if the wills had been amended in the future. Which was quite possible. June was a 'religious maniac' according to Bamber.

Either that, or/and June would have amended her will to give the twins a larger slice of her will. Which MM testified Bamber had told her.

Upon Nevill's death, his estate goes to June.

If June had deceased before Nevill, her will would be divided between Bamber & Sheila.

June's will gave Bamber her shares of the caravan site & Sheila the freehold of the caravan site.

Bamber would have the option of buying Sheila's share of the farm from her.

I assume this would only happen if Nevill was deceased.

June's will had £10,000p allocated to other friends and relatives.

£10,000p in 1981, when Bamber said he read the wills is worth £26,800.00p in todays money.

Anyway, with June.

She was definately:

Going to give £10,000/£26,800 to unspecified friends & relatives.

She would inherit everything from Nevill if he died first.

She was giving Bamber her shares of the caravan park. 

She was giving Sheila the freehold of the caravan park.   


She was considering &/or had the time to -

Give the twins a larger slice of her will as MM said she was planning to. 

Give more or all of her will to the church

The average life expentancy was 74.7 in 1985. So Bamber had a long wait for both parents to die. There is always the chance one will live into his/her 80's. So 20+ years to wait.

It's doubtful Nevill or June would get any richer in their retirements. Sheila needed 24/7 financing & her twins needed a good education.

It was very likely Bamber would be cut out of the will loop completely especially by June.

I thought you wouldn't be able to. 

Bamber testified he would have to remain working on the farm in order to inherit what at the time seemed like his 30% share of the wills. Providing he wasn't disinherited first.

As mentioned that could be in 20+ years.
