well I'm a bit unsure of this evidence. I think peter Sutherst put real doubt on this and further photographic evidence may well prove it.

You didn't need to tell us that, Notsure. The name is enough ;) ;D ;D

After 31 years he will only get released on a technicality that hasn't already been attempted. So would not get any compensation.

You are obviously not aware of the work Holly is doing on the case

I suppose they could say the conviction was unsafe but that wouldn't give him any compensation. I would say he should stay where he is unless it can be proven that ep jm AE and the like set him up in which case he would get loads a money from interviews etc plus the 500,000 I would expect if that were the case AE wouldn't be living at WHF for long.

Notsure. Jeremy would never have to worry about money again

Bamber's not going to get a technicality, unsafe conviction or prove he's innocent. It's been 31 years.

What a wonderful post

Well, if she put the same amount of intelligence into her relationship with Jeremy as she puts into her posts here, she'd have bored him to tears. It's hardly surprising he dumped her. It was probably a relief to know he was in prison.

Jackie has always been unkind Lookout. Of course I know that was aimed at Jane and I while deliberately ignoring anything and everything that Jackie does. It's thins kind of thing that betrays your bias.

Are you speaking to me?!!!! I've got Jackie on ignore! Unless I bother to look at what she posts, I only see what gets quoted. Caroline has just pointed out that ONE THIRD of her posts are having digs at me. Don't you think I have the right to spit back if she's going to spit at me? I don't address her. I have nothing I wish to share with her, but I WILL retaliate if she has a go and I get to read it. Perhaps you might think of asking her why she's so unkind. Perhaps it's because she enjoys being unkind.

Oh the hypocrisy of it all! I'm not here to wet nurse adults, many of who have been JUST as unkind in the past (save for a few). I speak as I find and if you can't take it - don't dish it out!

Adam, why are you telling the red forum that I'm saying " JB is guilty ?" Is it a desperate attempt on your part to bring me round to your way of thinking,or what ? What is your aim in lying ? Motive ??

I take great offence in what you've written on the red forum.!! It's worse than any insult !!

Another poster mentioned you beforehand. My post doesn't just mention you.

I said I believe you believe think Bamber is guilty. There has been just too much incriminating evidence posted on here resulting in 5 other long term supporters changing stance. All of which you have read as you spend all day on here.

But as you said 'hell would freeze over' before you change you're 'gut feeling' from 31 years ago & withdraw support.

well I'm a bit unsure of this evidence. I think peter Sutherst put real doubt on this and further photographic evidence may well prove it.

It's true the original crime scene photos of the kitchen do not show the scratch marks. But that is due to how the photos came out making it impossible to determine one way or the other. The photographer was not looking for scratch marks.

The other argument was there was apparently nothing on the floor underneath the scratch marks. The photographer luckily taking pictures of that specific floor area.

The scratch marks were so weak any tiny amount of debris just went into the silencer & nothing would fall onto the floor.
