The rifle at the window argument, has been a long standing bone of contention - in the early days of debate those from the other camp made such a big issue about the rifle not being against the main bedroom window as contended by me, but rather they argued, the said rifle was at another window (box room window), a window identifiable by its location on the red brick part of the farmhouse building!!
I pursued the argument that the said rifle was resting against the main bedroom window, having regards to the crime scene photograph (23) which was taken prior to other photographs (25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33) that were taken afterwards with the said rifle on Sheila's body!!
So, I argued on this basis, and the opposition said, 'No', the rifle was at a box room window!!
