If aquitted JB would have known about this not long after. And probably filed a civil lawsuit.

Pity this didn't happen. I suspect they are now well prepared (in the financial sense) for the highly unlikely eventuality of a third appeal.

They couldn't Nugs. As you suggested, RB put his blood in the silencer to try to frame Bamber. It worked !
