Weren't the tenants smashed off their skulls smoking pot ? I wouldn't like to rely on someone like that in court.

Where's the proof?

Well I haven't plucked it out of the air for a start. It's in one of the books.

And how is that proof?

Lookout does not provide sources. So I will.

Julies WS said she had beem smoking marijuana when Bamber called her at 10pm. Which is hardly 'smashed out of her skull'.

There is nothing about the other flatmates.

I still wouldn't rely on what anyone had said who'd smoked the stuff. Would you drive a car after a couple of pints ? Same difference.

You're determined to antagonise,aren't you ?

I can't imagine that JB had weed in his bloodstream when he was in court. Being facetious---------if he had have done,is it any wonder that he tripped up on his timings ? Cuts both ways in that respect.

No Lookout, just answering your post. You get antagonised at the drop of a hat and usually because you haven't thought about what you're about to post.

It does cut both ways, that's the point!  ::) Yo were the one mentioning it from a ons sided view point!!

The timings of the calls are extremely frustrating , I don't think anyone could give an exact time on anything but we seem to not give the same Lea way on jb.

I know if I was woken in the middle of the night then I am pretty certain I wouldn't have been able to recall the exact time. So I doubt both jb And Julie couldn't either.

what is suprising is that the police couldn't even get it right..... With clocks wrong etc and disagreeing  with each other about it.

They aren't frustrating to me, if my whole family were murdered and it all started with one phone call, I would remember when the call came, who I called first and at what time. 'I' would remember because it would be the single most important even in my life.

Speaking from experience, and having sadly been woken on several occasions at silly o'clock, simply because it IS an unearthly hour, I've automatically looked at the clock before I've answered the phone.

Because that's what people do.
