Nothing any of the relatives could say, proves nothing to establish that Jeremy Bamber had killed anyone. Similarly, nothing Julie Mugford could say does either...

There was no scientific evidence to prove that Bamber had shot and killed his sister on the main bedroom floor, or that he staged his sister's death scene...

It is more likely that cops shot and killed Sheila Caffell if a silencer was used in the shootings...

It is more likely that cops shot and killed Sheila Caffell if a silencer was used in the shootings...

This is because (a) rifle seen resting near a first floor window, (b) If Sheila's body had already been laying upon the bedroom floor at this time, the rifle was too far away in another part of the farmhouse for Jeremy Bamber to have staged his sister's death scene with the rifle in her possession...

The police message logs cannot be discarded, as it's contents purport to record live evidence...

I would advise those who are interested in this case, to take heed over the contents of the police message logs, which purport to be recorded contemporaneously, unlike witness statements the contents of which might depend upon the mindset of the police officer making it, either for himself, or herself, or as the case may be, made for a different officer altogether, influenced by what is deemed to be the nature of the case, by a senior officer, or the CPS...
