Please stop telling me I am missing the point far from it!

Firstly the programme was billed to include drama and facts. It did just that

As for the family writing to anyone to express their wishes, that too is quite normal. Release, licence conditions etc ALWAYS gives grieving families chance to have their say

If my family member had be horrifically murdered and I had no clue what had really happened despite being offered various stories all given in an attempt not to get the truth out but to cover up for others involved, then yes I would too.

What is wrong with that exactly?

Oh yes and watching a reconstruction of a pig burning knowing that is what could have happened must have sealed the deal.

Hahahaha and the pig burning not being anywhere similar to a human followed by NO remains of body burning found in the dig in the garden and scientific tests. Why was that? Answer: Well one is obvious and that is because the garden had been subjected to major landscaping five years ago, which MWT knew before making the programme.

Sorry you don't dramatise crime, particularly murder when you are using the programme to help jog people's memories and find answers for the family.

Enjoy watching your TV dramas, I will leave the forum to the armchair detectives that know so much more than qualified people and campaign for ridiculous laws like "Helen's law", Another way to create further wrongful imprisonment, Miscarriages of justice  and more excuses for the parole board to fail in their duties even more

I bet you supported the IPP

Ask yourself why he had to burn the pig?

Did you ever finish your IPP film? or did it get put on the back burner after the casting?

I wonder what Mark was thinking while making it? Did he ever expect to get a different answer? I know LITD has a different view to me but I think he did look into different aspects of the case including burning the pig to see if the story was at all possible

Not so sure the programme was set to make him look guilty as claimed or his guilt is obvious. Mind games and retracting confessions dont make any process easy

I think it was the way focused on his sexual fetishes witch wasn't really relevant.

I guess not, only that it helped to highlight his lack of regard towards his Wife and family life. Do you think programmes like this help the plight of the innocent or make it even harder for people to understand?
