Nobody else came forward to admit that they also used the window as an entry/exit point,at least JB was truthful.

Not sure what Trudie means by saying they have just 30 days to raise £4,000.00 or they get no funds.

AP used to use such an entrance ,the proof is somewhere on this forum, I wouldn't make it up.

The 'inheritance killers' video says relatives knew of windows they could get into at WHF from when they were young.

I suspect this is why Bamber admitted he knew how to get into and out of windows at WHF. When questioned.

I didn't suggest you made it up but just because it's been claimed here, doesn't make it a fact.

I think she means if they can't pay for the forensic handwriting expert and a photography expert then there's no grounds for appeal and it will fall. She has a nerve, I'll give her that.  https://www.crowdjustice.org/case/appeal-fund/?utm_source=backer_email&utm_reference=419c9e3a20a1edd0b7075d0b5a4df767&utm_medium=Facebook&utm_content=below_pledge_amount&utm_campaign=appeal-fund

But they don't have to get it in 30 days. If it took 5 years, they could still then get experts in.

Those two things are not enough for an appeal. The 2002 appeal had loads of points. They now want £10,000 although they have not yet said what else this is for.

The 2002 appeal was granted on a single ground, the rest were added in after leave to appeal had been granted.

It is strange that the CT have been specific in what they will be submitting to the next CCRC application ( if it gets that far). And have asked the public for £10,000, of which £4,000 has been accounted for. So revealing their hand in public.

However they wanted to keep David's 'forensic evidence breakthrough' a secret as it 'would give the crown more time to prepare'.

Steve,it's those who charge through the nose for these tests to be done that have a cheek. They know that legal aid fizzled out and that folk want justice done and the only thing that they can do is try and raise funds. I personally think it's disgusting that people who are struggling and find themselves needing legal help as well have to find a way of obtaining finances.

Really. The 2002 appeal had 16 grounds.

Are you saying they just used one of these grounds to get through the CCRC. I can't believe that. It's too risky.

On these crowd funding sites, if you don't reach your minimum target in 30 days you don't get the money.

What is the extra £6,000 for ?

Or is it a secret because they don't want to disclose David's 'forensic evidence breakthrough' to the crown ?

They are not being specific at all.

1. The CT are not the ones who produce and submit the application.

2. The CT as far as I know don't know what the 'forensic evidence breakthrough' is.
