Never said the money was going elsewhere. Although it will really only have worthwhile if the thousands spent is enough to get the CCRC to agree to hear the case again.

It would be interesting to see the company accounts. Have you got a source ?

The amount of £4,000.00p does seem like a lot of money for someone to spend a few minutes looking at a few pictures of the kitchen window. I suppose the money is also for the expert to say the right things to the CT and media. As Smethurst did.

You'll get to see/read where the money goes,in due course.
Because you won't be contributing, I fail to see how you can allow this particular argument to feature in your life, unless you think that those concerned will be dashing out to buy their " Boss " suits and Jaeger outfits. ::)

The campaign team  have a Ltd company so when accounts are filed they will be in the public domain . I am not sure the £4000 is just for looking at the photo , I think you are simplifying things as usual .

So I can't check the company accounts then. Until the unlikely event when they are filed in the public domain.

If the £4,000.00p is not just for looking at photo's, what is for ? You and the appeal request are simplying things again.

You should be able to check them on companies house once the accounts have been submitted

If the CT got the substantial £2,000.00p to get another expert to read the mysterious notes in Sheila's bedroom, hopefully they will give an update on what the expert says.

Or will this be kept quiet so not to 'give the crown more time to prepare', which was the reason why David wouldn't disclose his 'forensic evidence breakthrough'.

So it's a company now.

Thought it was just Trudie or the CT requesting money. Apparently for experts to give their opinion on things.

I assume the money would be sent to Bamber's lawyers. Never to be seen again.

Sigh.... Those are the exact words AH gave me over the phone. NGB agrees with AH also.

Why this is considered important I am not to sure.  :-\    I no very little of the legal process but I would imagine its the same philosophy as that of poker or chess. You conceal your cards or strategy as much as possible until the endgame.

Bamber and CT are not slow in coming forward with new claims. In the media and Youtube. Perhaps you've noticed.

I hope it is kept quiet until it goes through due process because although I do not agree with how long all these appeals take the legal system insist the procedure must be followed and to do otherwise would just get their back up. And unfortunately it will be the legal system that hopefully will decide , not a newspaper or author .

I wonder if the " dragging of feet " is caused by EP trawling through all their mistakes/edits,etc and realising that they're well and truly " f****d " ! I hope so.

Zoe you'd be surprised at how many people have had their eyes open to this case now. As mentioned on a recent video it's a pity that Jeremy couldn't have a live/televised interview giving his account, and let the public see for themselves that he's no murdering monster.

Give what you can towards the fund,a thousand people giving a fiver each would be more than enough.
