I still cannot understand why AP got so much from the inheritance.
Well Anthony Pargeter and Jackie Wood were the children of Nevill's sister, Audrey, who died in a car accident in Uganda in 1949. Their father Reginald Pargeter stayed in Uganda to farm whilst sending his children(Nevill's nephew and niece) to boarding school in England. They would often spend their Summer holidays at White House Farm with Uncle Nevill and Auntie June and Jackie post-murders made a statement claiming that Jeremy and Sheila were often jealous of their father's relationship with them, as it seemed such a natural one and not subject to the stresses and strains the Bambers had inherited with their children.
If we now move post-murders we have the legal position whereby June's wishes in her will become paramount because she was older than her husband by a few days. Remember that technically Nevill had left his capital to his wife but the Farm to Jeremy, but as all had died at once June's next of kin was Pamela, after Mabel the mother had died that year, but not before disinheriting Jeremy in favour of Pamela.
So legally speaking Pamela had a claim to inherit the lot. But the Boutflours must have realized they were on shaky ground because surely Nevill's next of kin had a claim on the estate? This is why Anthony Pargeter and Jackie Wood sued the Boutflours over the legacy and the matter was wisely settled out of court, giving June's money to her sister and all of Nevill's estate to be shared between his only surviving relatives, namely Anthony and Jackie.
I have read that Jackie died in 2002 but cannot confirm.
