A bullet will travel in a straight line, though it's unpredictable in its direction, which to my mind the first shot was from someone other than Sheila's own hand, because it hit the jaw-bone and deflected.
The second shot was by her own hand and because it was a low velocity rifle, markings around the area wouldn't be as prominent ( distinct patterns of gas and soot ) even though it was a contact shot, but the muzzle SHOULD have contained skin, flesh and blood.
Also, different weapons can be identified by the type of wound as well as whether that person had died before a second shot was administered.
well the first shot must have been fired by crispy or jb

You don't know why Bamber was found guilty. You were not in the jury room.

It was a long trial, lots of witnesses, including Bamber and lots of forensic and circumstantial evidence which would have been discussed.

You obviously have forgotten the notes passed from the jury to the judge asking to go over the silencer evidence again as they could not reach a verdict.

So???? They asked for clarification on a certain point and presumably received it to their satisfaction.

Whatever they didn't understand or wanted more information on, it seems that they recieved this... and then found Bamber guilty.

Is it true that, although there exists a photo of Bambi with a rifle the judge told the jury that " in no way could such a slip of a girl use a rifle" , and , has it been shown on this forum that person of her height could reach the trigger with the muzzle under her chin ?

If this is the case then the jury  was mislead and otherwise one more of the jury would have reach a different verdict! And JB would not be in prison

Because they didn't have a bloody clue. Particularly as it had been DRUMMED into the jury that HE'D killed two little boys. Heard of emotional blackmail ? Well there you have it.

The same could be said of ANY jury which didn't deliver the verdict one wanted.

How easy it is to say that,eh ? This was a mass murder where it had been crucial that everyone knew EXACTLY about each individual person who was attached in some way to the family, including ALL documents and statements of JB's friends/acquaintances,plus character references of those who hadn't hated him with a passion ! Including police who must have been envious of JB's position in life.
Freddie wasn't there to give evidence.Suzette Ford's statement was never read out. Both had experienced Sheila's behaviour as well as that against the twins.
JB had been at an unfair advantage from the word go !

Why WOULD Freddie be there? I wasn't aware he knew Jeremy. How many character witnesses, who weren't called, were there? Sheila was never on trial.

i think it has been said that the only way she could reach the trigger was with her big toe.we have all seen the you tube clip of the girl with curly hair reaching the trigger of the rifle with silencer attached.but what they dont show is if the girl in the clip has the exactly the same physiology as sheila

Both would have met at parties. I DIDN'T say that Sheila was on trial.Where DO you get this nonsense from ? ::)
Character witnesses from all those who knew Jeremy, but the police were busy going door to door mud-slinging about JB to get the prosecution under way that JB wouldn't have stood a chance against the so-called law and their nasty ways.
There are plenty of character references online that should have reached trial but didn't.

And IF she'd managed to pull the trigger with her toe, how, on God's earth did she manage, with a bullet in her spine, to position the rifle SO precisely across her chest?
