Residents in a cul de sac, are putting the lives of children at risk by encouraging them to play in the road, and cause deliberate obstruction to traffic in and out of the cul de sac - vehicles used by other residents. The neighbours from hell appear to think that they can flout the highway code, and restrict access to other residents who live in the same street, by deliberately encouraging small children to play in the road, when they have large gardens, a playing field and a park within a hundred yards of where they live. South Yorkshire police, and the local South Yorkshire Social services are choosing to 'ignore' the danger these adults are posing to the children under their influence. Since, 2013, there has been a campaign by one of the residents who thinks she is above the law, to try to stop the flow of traffic in the street in question, because 'she says', there is a real danger that a child might get killed in the street, and that the local council (Barnsley) are doing nothing to sort the problem out. Because of this, she and other residents in 'that' part of the street, have sought to deliberately obstruct access and exit to other properties and residents who live further up the street, by parking scrap vehicles in the road, to force other law abiding citizens, either to stop altogether, and wait, and or, mount the kerb of the footpath on the opposite side of the road. It should be pointed out, that these neighbours from hell, have been using children to deliberately play in the street and obstruct drivers from going about their lawful business, by jumping out into the path of vehicles travelling along the road, either on foot, or with use of scooters and bicycles. The children of these neighbours from hell need taking into the care of the local South Yorkshire Social services, because these adult morons are putting the safety and the lives of young children in danger, and this collection of irresponsible adults, are not fit to look after children...

For about four months now, this despicable group of local residents, has attempted at every available opportunity to use vehicles owned by themselves to block or hinder access and exit to other vehicles in the street by parking on the street, even though they have got driveways where they can park those vehicles. One vehicle in particular, an orange coloured transit van is nothing but a piece of old scrap, that these residents are deliberately using to create a bottle neck in that part of the street where these neighbours from hell are living. This piece of scrap has been parked up on ramps in that part of the street for the last three to four months. The owner who thinks he is some sort of 'Jack the lad' needs to be arrested for causing a deliberate obstruction, and leaving a motor vehicle in a dangerous condition on the Queens highway. South Yorkshire police are basically useless, so is Barnsley Council. The failure of them to take some positive action has served to encourage this lot of vermin residents to habitually flout the law, and to place childrens lives at risk. Social services in South Yorkshire are a joke, they are failing to protect the children that these neighbours from hell are abusing. Video footage has been taken to confirm the tactics of these monster adults, who think it is clever to put the lives of children at risk, and in danger, by them encouraging the children to play on the street, and deliberately obstruct traffic which is trying to go about its legal business. These morons need to be prosecuted for abusing the children, and for making a nuisance of themselves to other residents and road users...

Because of the illegal parking of that piece of scrap that one of the residents calls an orange transit van being illegally parked at the narrowest part of the street, other residents are having to encroach onto the pavement on the opposite side of the road, where there is frequently the presence of the active criminal element standing there, and in general making a nuisance of themselves.

These neighbours from hell, need to be prosecuted for  their wrong doings, and any children which they innocently encourage to play in the road, taken into the care of the local 'South Yorkshire Social Services'...

Please note, the presence of the piece of scap that is supposed to be an orange transit van, which has been parked up on ramps for the past three to four months on two rusty old ramps. The owner of this vehicle has sufficient room on the driveway of his house, yet he deliberately chooses to park this piece of scrap on these ramps in the narrowest part of the street...

When vehilces travel up, and down this street, the driver is forced to either come very close to the kerb, or to mount it...

In other words, the owner of the orange coloured transit van commits the offence, of 'Obstruction of the queens highway', so, lets get that piece of scap off the streets, and put an end to the games that people play...

The owner of these two vehicles has got a drive way, yet these vehicles (including a scrap orange van) clutter up the roadway at arguably the narrowest part of the street, forrcing pedestrians onto the road, because other residents who live higher up the street can't walk along the footpath on 'that' side of the road pushing a wheel chair with a child inside it. People are being forced to walk in the road at risk of being confronted by traffic, or cross over the road onto the other footpath and be intimidated by the other part of the gang who live across the road. South Yorkshire police are useless, and so is the local Barnsley Council. The are flouting the laws of the Road Traffic Act, by allowing these hoodlums to keep an 'unroadworthy orange van', raised up on rusty old ramps, blocking the footpath, and the roadway. These neighbours from hell, snigger at drivers of vehicles who have to slow down or stop because of their obstructive tactics...

Other tactics being adopted by this gang, include them placing objects in the narrowest parts of the street, forcing vehicles to stop, until 'they decide' when to shift the item, and all the while this motley gang of neighbours from hell have mobile phones in their hands filming the events 'which they have and are orchestrating'. All of these neighbours on either side of the road have huge front and rear gardens to their houses, and there is a huge playing field behind the rough part of the housing in that part of the street, and within a hundred yards or so, a council park for the children to play safely in. But, these gang members encourage their children to block the road way, placing the lives of their children in danger. Some of the children have been known to be climbing beneath the rusty old scrap van, to play. More often than not the children run out from, or scoot out from, or ride cycles out from the front, or rear of the aforementioned van, just as a vehicle is coming up, or going down the road. Their Children lay on the road or sit upon it, whilst their parents stand at the end of gateways, or footpaths, and sometimes 'ignore' vehicles that are coming up, or going down the road. On many occasions these children sit on the kerb opposite the scrap orange van and refuse to budge, making drivers beep their horns, at which point you get gang members making gestures with their arms, and them pulling 'contorted' faces. The vehicles which are causing these obstruction need moving. The neighbours from hell need prosecuting, and the children these morons are abusing, by making them obstruct the flow of trafiic into and out of the street, need to be taken out of their control, and placed into the care of Social services, because these adults are not fit to look after children. There needs to0 be an investigation into the way South Yorkshire Police, Barnsley Council, and the local Social Services are failing to act in this matter. Sooner or later, a child is going to be killed because of the negligence of the Cops, Council, Social Services, and these gang members, in this street because not enough care and attention is being afforded to the safety and well being of these little children, who have been conditioned by their parents to treat what is going on, as some sort of 'ongoing' game...

Let all of them be forewarned, that I have now chosen to make an issue of the dangerous problem...

I will be contacting South Yorkshire Police, I will be contacting Barnsley Council, I will be contacting the local Social Services Department, and providing footage as the evidential basis forcing these agencies to act accordingly or face internal investigations...

Until one of the children gets killed then it'll be everyone's fault.

Gang members who use small children as a weapon to restrict the flow of traffic into, and out of the street, use mobile phone cameras to film vehicles which come and go, trying to intimidate ordinary people going about their lawful business on a public highway...

The chap on the right, was the 'thug' who baseball batted me 10 times, seven blows which he inflicted on me whilst I was unconscious on the ground. I identified him to South Yorkshire police, but they 'refused to prosecute him'...

I have suffered this type of behaviour myself when the family home was vandalized after my mother died. Young kids were throwing stones at the windows in a blatant attempt to cause damage. Where were the parents? Where were the Police when you wanted them? They never came.

I am so sorry to hear about the troubles you experienced at the hands of under - disciplined young children. The parents of the same, ought really to hold their heads in shame, and be held accountable for the actions and behaviour of their siblings...

Thank you, for sharing that insight into the problems which you had to deal with, at such a delicate time in your families history...

Imagine, having to face the gauntlet of intimidation, every time you leave your home, or return to it, being 'filmed' by your neighbours from hell!!!

In one of the following images, the 'neighbours from hell' on both sides of the street lay an ambush, by laying a scooter in the middle of the road to prevent vehicles from advancing up or down the road, until the adults decide to move the obstackle...

I have had a nightmare two years, which started with my mother's undiagnosed illness which led to a bereavement, and what she must have suffered is too awful to think about. The only advice I can give is if you feel ill or your loved one complains of feeling ill don't be put off by the nurse at the doctor's surgery and to keep going back to see the doctor and insist on a scan if necessary. Also don't make any big decisions following bereavement as you may get it wrong, which I might well have done in retrospect.

As for the kids, they say the legal age of responsibility is too low at 10, but if they're brought up properly they should know right from wrong when they're around 4 or 5 years old. I totally agree Social Services should intervene more(which would give the negligent parents a shock) and as for the Police investigating vandalism you can forget it, because 4 hours after the event when they arrive the kids are long gone.

Steve that's terrible. As if things hadn't been bad enough, losing your mother.
Kids are packed off for the day by their parent/s,regardless of where they go or what they get up to. A tragic loss of respect for people and property is of great concern today. There's no discipline and nobody cares. Those who do care take the law into their own hands one way or another.
Gone are the days when kids got a thick ear from the local bobby, then another when they got home for being in trouble.

It must be a good 18 months since I saw a police officer on foot. They're too busy whizzing around in cars to notice what goes on around them.
