As it stands, it's all a lot of fuss about, quite literally, nothing!

I am happy with you thinking that

I would be interested to hear how David is approaching this, unless he's answered it and I've missed it!?

Does he think Bamber is;

Innocent

Guilty

and/or

looking at a technicality in law as opposed to either of the above?

But would he be interested in engaging with you

My relationship/friendship with Jeremy has no bearing on how strongly I feel that the conviction is unsafe

Name one single factor which points to his innocence?

I don't know why David bothered to announce what he did if he isn't prepoared to open it up to debate.

That's obviously confidential

Good evening Jackie, before we were rudely interrupted last night, we were having a chat about the evidence that you have seen, that in your words, 'is even more compelling than David's'.

Can we tease out of you, any hint of what that evidence may relate to?
Your comment obviously suggests that you have seen David's findings.  Can you confirm this?

Any factor unrelated to David's latest claim.

I have not seen David's findings and I have not asked to see them. I respect David and the way he has handled the situation

Ngb has full details of the other 'findings' and has given me his opinion on the importance of this further evidence

This is highly confidential because of the person involved

But I am astonished that 2 very important pieces of evidence are available around the same time

Thanks Jackie.  That's very interesting.

I wonder if the two pieces of evidence are related in any way.

Sherlock also mentioned last night, that Essex Police have confirmed to him that they are currently investigating the Jeremy Bamber case.

It gets more and more mysterious.

I disagree. He appeared to xxxxxxxx xxxx about his findings, then disappeared when the questions became too difficult.

I'm still of the belief he hasn't looked at the bigger picture and therefore is coming from a position of bias.

Ngb is the legal expert on this forum and I expect David is understandably following his advice to keep the details of any new information  confidential

Ngb appears very optimistic

NGB has given his assessment of what he has seen, nothing more. He did the same in relation to the burglary omission in the SH case. I'm sure he won't mind me bringing this up  :-\

So maybe you should try and keep things in perspective.

Jackie you powers of persuasion and xxxxxxxxxxxx tactics are see through - give it up already. It's xxxxxxxxxxxx to read!

Does anyone have any further information about whether Essex Police are currently investigating any aspect of this case?
