What's more,it was thrown down as opposed to it having been put/placed down. Unless it had been bookmarked in any way,and I'm not talking about which pages the blood was there,it didn't fall in any particular page which has been quoted as being from Psalm 51 onwards.

Even the Bible had done the rounds,like the rifle had----on the chest,by her side,then on the floor.

But haven't you claimed that the photos of Sheila show her as having died more recently than the others - due to no rigor mortis?

If your claim is that JUNE put the bible near a dead SHEILA who are you claiming killed June?

Most scenarios would result in June's bible not being next to Sheila -

Sheila did not read the bible.

She read the bible but it frowns upon murder / suicide.

She read other religious books which supported murder/suicide, so would read these prior to suicide.

She had her own bible.

She read the bible and then put it back where she found it.

She read the bible but did not want to read June's, who she had just killed.

She was not calm enough to read anything after killing five people and having a violent kitchen fight.

She did not have a torch to read the bible in the dark upstairs bedroom. The police would have seen the bedroom light go on.

She did not read the bible before murdering everyone. So why read it before committing suicide ?

The murder suicide was planned by Sheila and she had read the bible earlier in the evening. So no reason why it should be next to her on the floor.


The most plausible reason the bible was next to Sheila, is it was an easy plant for Bamber.

This refutes David's post which says Sheila read the bible.

Neither of you have provided sources.

In this case I will go by my own judgement, the OS and CT Youtube videos. None of which provide any sources that Sheila read the bible. Therefore I agree with you're post.

However I believe the bible next to Sheila was a plant by Bamber. Rather than June putting it there.

Isn't it obvious that June had wandered around before her death,when she'd trailed droplets of blood on the carpet near to where Sheila had lain ? Then would have dropped the Bible near to Sheila before dropping to the floor herself ? Then soon after would have been when Sheila delivered to herself,the second shot ? Sheila was the last one to die.
