not proven there all belonged to june.only 2 peices of carpet were cut and tested .and  not every drop on the 2 peoices was tested.i beleive it was 5 drops from each peice.the droplets could just as easly be nevills or sheilas

sami I have read but not sure where that drops of Nevill's blood were found on the bedcovers on  his side of the bed and on the carpet at his side of the bed cannot find it thought it was in Cal's book but I don't think so now.

susan i remember reading the report on the tests and how many samples were taken. ages ago.but i cant remember what the results were but i think there was some of nevills blood on the carpet on his side of the bed.maybe some one on this forum could tell us.

sami  I think some of the posters say that none of Nevill's blood was found on his side of the bed suggesting he was not shot in the main  bedroom but on the landing Nevill's blood was found on the landing near to Sheila's room and it has been suggested he slept in there and Sheila in the main bedroom with June.  I am not sure on this

There was none of Nevill's blood in the bedroom Sami, they did find some outside of the bedroom.

As I have said before there is no reason why there should be Neville's blood in the bedroom. The time between his  shots and exiting the bedroom was probably less than five seconds. People tend to move quickly when being shot at. There is no evidence of a struggle with Bamber in the main bedroom.

So not enough time for any drops to hit the carpet.

Whether Sheila slept with June is of not much interest to me. Evidence highlighting guilt or innocence interests me.

However it is a strange suggestion which has been made by several former supporters and a current supporter on here, but never suggested anywhere else.

Current supporters sometimes suggest that Sheila may not have gone to bed that night. Although Sheila being in a nightie and bare footed refutes that.

But of course they should have reached Sheilas nightie.    None of us are blood experts and blood splatter evidence can also be opinion based on experience . I am not sure you have that Adam?

Well Neville and Sheila apparently had a tremendous struggle for life. Which would have taken more than five seconds.

Neville got a horrific beating.  To both the face and body.  He would now be badly bleeding from his upstairs shots. And he got another round of bullets to the head.
