Your proof of this is where? You are CHOOSING to believe this because it sounds good for Jeremy, The investigation may not have been as one would have wished but it doesn't mean Jeremy is innocent. Indeed, it now appears that David accepts his guilt but think he should be released -after slaughtering his family!!!!!!- on the grounds that the investigation was flawed.

Try reading something in Jeremy's favour for a change------on Bambertweets. Yvonne, one of the team who works closely on the case has explained this latest on the missing/hidden statements.

For several years, I was 100% in favour of Jeremy. As I no longer believe "THE" phone call or anything connected to it, and I don't believe that hitherto "hidden" documentation has suddenly materialized -after 30 years- into the hands of Jeremy supporters, NOR do I believe that the police shot Sheila and then persuaded an entire flotilla of personnel to go along with them when they'd have been perfectly within their rights to do it. I do NOT believe that they deliberately framed an INNOCENT man......................................but I'm NOT going to say it would have been beyond then to edge a guilty man a bit closer to a conviction.

Well the first two don't exist!

I guess this has been copied from somewhere, likely the OS?

If the first two things do not exist and are case manipulation, then what's to say the rest aren't?

There is a damn good reason why no information on a call from Neville can be found!  ;D

Hi lookout, im with peter tachell on this one. I believe there is definately evidence witheld by EP and should be released in the interest of fairness and justice.

As i see it EP should release it to prove they got it right. Refusing to disclose in unfair justice.

I cant see what the big problem is if they believe they got it right. What i think is it will highlight further errors by EP and so will find themselves having to spend time and money on explaining thier incompetence.

I think all of us should favour disclosure so we know for sure there is nothing within those files that would throw a spanner in the works

Which is a get out clause for all those who believe Jeremy is innocent. Whatever happens they can always fall back on unreleased evidence. That there probably ISN'T any is immaterial.

How can they show they have nothing to hide? If they have nothing, they can't show it but will be accused of withholding evidence whatever they do (or don't so).

Why haven't they spoken up then, one way or the other ? It doesn't take much to say yay or nay.

To who? The CT? I don't blame them for not acknowledging propaganda.

Lookout, just WHO do you think they should be addressing and why do you think they should have "spoken up"?
