That should be the leading statement of any fresh Campaign to refer this case back to the appeal courts. Let's embarrass the police, the experts who promoted and relied upon this fabricated evidence. I am currently in the process of writing to the Home Secretary, and other high profile people, and institutions, with a view to highlighting this glaring anomaly of the ballistic evidence relied upon to convict Jeremy Bamber of these murders at Chelmsford Crown court over 29 years ago. .

For all any of us know, when this 1.71+ gram bullet was test fired over a month after the shootings with use of the anshuzt rifle and control ammunition, we do not yet even know whether the test firing of that (1.71+ gram) bullet was achieved with use of a sound moderator, or not. This raises the very strong possibility that the prosecuting authorities relied upon a third bullet they say was used in the shooting and killing of Sheila Caffell which may not have even been fired through a silencer, despite the fact that the prosecution persuaded the jury that it had been...

In other words, the prosecutions case, was a fraudulent one, based upon little or no foundation, hence why they resorted to introducing a third bullet into a two shot scenario...

The above three bullets, lay at the centre of the safety or otherwise, of Jeremy Bambers convictions. He currently stands convicted of Shooting his sister twice and killing her, by reliance on a bullet weighing 1.71+ gram which did not get fired via the murder weapon until over a month after his sister died in the tragedy...

Why would the police, with the help of a ballistics expert, choose to substitute the original PV/20 bullet, weighing 1.5453 gram, with a replacement bullet, weighing 1.71+ gram, if both of the two shots fired into into Sheila's neck had both been fired via the anshuzt rifle..

How are Essex police going to explain How the original PV/20 badly fragmented bullet weighing 1.5453 gram, grew into a bullet which the ballistic expert described as 'Whole', by September, 20th, 1985, weighing in at 1.71+ gram?

The original badly fragmented bullet (PV/20), weighing, 1.5453 gram, would have had blood and DNA belonging to Sheila Caffell, upon it, whereas, the replacement bullet (PV/20) weighing in at 1.71+ gram, would not have...

There could not have been any prospect of lead deposit being transferred onto the hands of the shooter who reloaded the ammunition magazine with additional Bullets involving the replacement of the PV/20 bullet, weighing 1.71+ gram, because this bullet was not loaded up in the guns ammunition magazine at the time of the shootings...

Everybody was taken in by this subtle substitution of the original badly fragmented PV/20 bullet which weighed 1.5453 gram, with its replacement bullet that weighed 1.71+ gram...

The anshuzt rifle was resting  against the main bedroom window, at the time Sheila received the fi4ß5 shot downstairs. How was it possible for Sheila to shoot herself downstairs in the neck, with the rifle that was upstairs resting against the main bedroom window on the white cladded part of the farmhouse?  It wasn't possible which is why police had to arrange for  'a third bullet', to be introduce into the batch of crime scene ammunition, an added bullet whi h weighed heavier than its original replacement - the original fragmented bullet recovered from Sheila's neck during autopsy on 7th August 1985, weighed 1.5453 gram, but the additional bullet that was introduced as its replacement bullet weighed in at over 1.71 gram. This was done because the lighter bullet fragment had not been fired through the anshuzt rifle, but its heavier replacement had. The problem is that this heavier bullet was not fired via the anshuzt rifle until a long time after the day of the shootings in some sort of unreported test fire with control ammunition...

You simply made up:

1) that Sheila was shot after police entered

2) the Anschutz was leaning against the window when Sheila was shot

3) that the bullet PV/20 supposedly came from was completely shattered into tiny pieces and the PV/20 produced in court wasn't removed from Sheila but rather was a test bullet that police misrepresented was removed from Sheila even though the xray of her neck PROVES it was inside of her and even though Vanezis says he removed it.

These made up claims just demontrate you as a dishonest joke.

What is rather interesting is the redish/brown soot in the baffle plates. To the naked eye it could appear as blood.
