The shotgun WOULD have fired if it hadn't been made safe.In other words it was previously loaded. Stop making a mountain out of a molehill by being constantly dismissive of whatever I post.I only need ONE person to reply---------not a group !
The fact is Lookout, you posted a claim that the shot gun was loaded and you cant back it up because that's not what was written, it was what you assumed. There is no point getting upset just because someone asked for proof - you said yourself that you wouldn't believe anything unless it was documented. The rest of us are no different. There is no written evidence that supports your claim and as such - the shot gun can't have been loaded.
There was evidence in one of the newspaper cuttings. Unless EP were lying, pmsl, that'd be a first
So no then?
Anyway,Jeremy had removed the magazine, etc before putting the rifle on the settle.
You said the SHOT GUN was loaded and it turns out that's NOT the case. Don't know why you can't just admit to being wrong??
If a gun needs to be made safe, then it's unloaded ? Isn't it ? So the shot-gun must have been loaded to have been made safe-surely.
In which case would it not have been stated that as part of the armoury there was found a loaded shot gun which was made safe?
What does made-safe mean if it doesn't mean removing bullets/pellets ?
