4. Bamber claims that the bodies weren't removed until several hours after they had been found, arguing that crucial evidence could have been moved while photos were being taken.

Well it is probably protocol not to remove the bodies for several hours. Photos and notes have to be taken of the crime scene. Together with experts having to compile reports.

This is an attempt to get released on a technicality.

5. Bamber claims he was outside the house with police when they saw someone moving around inside the house. Logs show that police used a loud hailer for two hours as they attempted to contact an individual within the farmhouse, a period during which Bamber was outside.

Most of the evidence is that it was Jeremy who saw the movement. So not worth discussing.

6. Police logs record that "one dead male, one dead female found on entry". However, according to court documents, only the body of Neville was discovered downstairs.

Not worth responding to. Again.

7. An analyst claims that a small red spot found below scratch marks on the farm's kitchen wall, made by silencer fitted to the murder weapon, was not red paint, as originally thought, but matched Sheila's toenail varnish. Further analysis revealed a "missing" area of varnish on her big toe.

That's a new one. How an earth would Sheila's toe nail varnish get onto the silencer ?

Surely pre trial, an independent expert would confirm the paint on the silencer matched the kitchen paint. It would not be hard to do.

8. A telephone log not used at his trial appears to support Bamber's claim that his schizophrenic sister Sheila shot her parents and children before killing herself, his supporters claim. The document suggests that the father phoned police to say his daughter had gone "berserk".

Discussed before. A lot.

9. A former officer with Essex police has told newspapers that the original case was "mishandled".

Agree. The main criticism in the ITV part 2 report being that items were burned a few days after the massacre. This probably benefited Jeremy more than hindered him. He certainly didn't complain.

The police changed stance after one month after new evidence came to light. At first they had been lead in a direction by Jeremy.

10. More than 40,000 documents and 211 photographs relating to the case have yet to be disclosed

No longer the case. Although supporters had been told to keep it secret.

3. He claims that papers show that 43 police officers entered the house – 17 more than was declared at his original trial.

This is a new one. And an attempt to obtain freedom on a technicality. 17 or 43, what is the problem ?

It's not a 'new one' at all Adam.

The chip of nail varnish was on the floor below the scratches on the Aga surround.  Suthurst managed to match it to the chipped nail varnish on one of Sheila's toes, he said it matched perfectly in colour, shape and size.   I know it can be argued he has been discredited but it's certainly not new.

It's new because you are the first person claiming varnish got in the moderator.  The expert didn't claim such. He said that a flake that came off her toenail was on the floor near the aga.  He didn't claim it was in the moderator.

As wild as his suggestion was you managed to make it way worse with an amazing lapse in reading comprehension skills.

I get it.

They are saying the red marks on the floor underneath the scratch marks on the wall, is from Sheila's toe nail varnish.

So where did the wall paint drop to when it was scratched ?

He claims it was not scratched at that time the photo was taken.  He said the largest chip they thought was paint was actually nail varnish.  Of course the notion he blew up her nail and the chip large enough and in perfect clarity so that he could match them perfectly is not credible.
