The 200 boxes:
« on: August 01, 2015, 07:05:PM »
It seems to be confirmed that the alleged missing 200 boxes have been given to Jeremy. Perhaps years ago.

I posted yesterday that CAL has said this. Jan confirmed this 4 minutes later, but said she had been asked to keep it secret ? ! She would not reveal her source or why it has to be kept secret.

Jan said this has only been the situation for a short period. Although Caroline then said she posted this important information months ago. Which seems a bit of a contradiction. When I asked for the post,  she told me I don't read posts properly and told me to find it myself.

Lookout then said she already knew. But refused to give a source or say why she has never mentioned it.

Although everyone apparently knew about this. Supporters continued to complain about the missing boxes. Including Jan,  very recently. They were never corrected by Lookout or Caroline. Or Jan. Poor Alias still has 'The missing 200 boxes' as her signature.

After several hours Caroline finally provided her post, from February 2015.  Jeremy had surprisingly told her he had all the boxes. Although Caroline had been a guilter for over six months and had stopped writing to him.

In all of the excitement April told me to 'grow up' !

Talk about taking the long route  from A to B.

As there have been no big revelations since February 2015, do people agree there was nothing in the boxes ?

I expect reading through 200 boxes of paperwork will take some time.

i for one hope there is something in them that can lead us to the whole truth .

We already have the whole truth.  Jeremy is simply looking through documents to see if there is anything he can twist like trying to twist that Bonnett's log reflected a call from Nevill.  The defense has had the documents for years it didn't just happen so they could have all been gone through who knows.

My world is reality. The documents released to trial counsel including for the original appeal are the ones that would have demonstrated evidence to pursue in hopes of proving fabrication of evidence. There was none everything held up.  Naturally police would not create documents indicating they fabricated evidence so one would have to look through documents for discrepancies that would indicate such.  None was found there were things found that allowed making wild allegations but they didn't hold up.

Expecting some magic document among the unsorted crap is unrealistic.  The COLP investigation interviewed those who could hold evidence of wrongdoing and none was found.  No document could change that only a change in testimony would provide some sort of basis.

After several hours Caroline finally provided her post, from February 2015.
Caroline posted "By the way, can I just say that Jeremy said he now has all the PII stuff so what hasn't been disclosed?" in February. There's nothing in that assertion to suggest that he said it privately, as distinct from this information being posted on one of the official sites.

This 'PII stuff' why did the police put this under PII in the first place? what could they possibly want to hide?

There are some things that should never come out in the public domain such as pictures of the twins . Otherwise I don't know really ,some of it obviously would already have been seen . But I guess we will only know  when the next application is finalised.

why pictures of the twins?

pictures of the twins would only take up fraction of one of the 200 boxes, so that cant be the only reason

Yes Jan I quite agree. There would be nothing to be gained from such sensationalism.

It could be the confidential file on Julie ?

It could be the original note books

Statements / reports that were not used at trial .

hopefully one day we might find out.

According to EP,there are some things which fall into the category of not being in the interest of the public. Just why the public can't decide this,I don't know but there you are. Now't we can do about it.
