What if someone is confident, arrogant, superior and a full time student, but very small and is being bullied? 

His false confidence and arrogance are to alleviate his feeling of inferiority from being bullied.  In turn this causes non-bullies to also beat him up or at least to not like him for being such an stuck up asshole so then he overcompensates even more deciding they are jealous of his superiority rather than to face he is being a stuck up asshole so it is a vicious cycle.

It didn't go missing. It simply became the new file.

Hence why original statements taken before the case became multiple murder , are still available.

The original versions of witness statements are on the Coroners file, including some of the missing Photographs (SC/866/85)...

It didn't go missing. It simply became the new file.

Hence why original statements taken before the case became multiple murder , are still available.

It did not become part of the new file totally, only the edited versions of the original witness statements and photographs did. Those incorporated into the new file were done so bearing the reference SC/786/85, whereas, those retained in the Coroners file all bear the alternative SC/688/85, reference. Moreover, the silencer (SBJ/1) was part of the Coroners file (SC/688/85) hence why it (SJB/1 and or SJ/1) have no mention at all in the criminal file (SC/786/85), only the silencer references, DB/1 and DRB/1 are mentioned and documented there...

Mike I'm almost sure that anything from the original files/photo's will have been well and truly incinerated by now-------------for obvious reasons.
It's a miracle that anything has been overlooked to enable Jeremy to have at least another " bite at the cherry ".

I think Coroners court records have to be kept for 50 years, perhaps someone could check...
