Part of 257 looks as though West wrote it because it's the same writing as the log. In my last job we had to keep a rolling log of events, and whoever was near the PC at the time would make the entry. I guess it was a similar case because it looks as though several people made entries.
These logs are one of the areas where deception and trickery is resorted to.
Here is the memo made with respect to the notification from CA/7 that they entered the premises and so far 2 bodies were found one male and one female who obviously is June because the second body located was June:
such was then accurately recorded on this running log:

Someone else though keeping another log made a mistake and claimed they reported 2 bodies in the kitchen though obviously that is not actually what was reported. The actual report was they entered and so far 2 bodies were found.

This is the next page of the person who made this error:

Note how it simply records the 8:10 message as saying 5 bodies total. Nothing about where the other 3 bodies were found.
The next page of the running log that correctly recorded the message as police entered and 2 bodies found so far is the one that tlaks about 3 further bodies but still doesn't indicate where they were found, it never even indicated where the first 2 bodies were found:

What unscrupulous people do is to mix the logs using page 1 from the running log that says 2 bodies found in the kitchen and page 2 of the other log that notes 3 further bodies and pretends it says these 3 bodies were upstairs.
It is obvious there were 2 different running logs being kept and multiple people involved. One such person interpreted 2 bodies in the kitchen while the others did not and clearly the actual message from CA/7 didn't state where the bodies were found. It is rather obvious that the report was police entered and so far found 2 bodies but were continuing to search the rest of the house.
This doesn't contradict the claims of the raid team in any way it comports with their claims. 1 of the people keeping logs simply misunderstood and incorrectly thought they meant 2 bodies were found in the kitchen. This makes clear they saw June's body before they actually went up the stairs, they obviously passed the first message about 2 bodies being found before they actually went upstairs and entered the master bedroom and discovered there were actually 2 bodies in it:
Another dishonest thing is that even though the references are simply to a male and female simply and doesn't state which female- it is insisted they meant Sheila though there is nothing at all to support this.
If one is still hell bent on trying to explore if they can find evidence that another body was in the kitchen then one has to figure out who the person who wrote 2 bodies in the kitchen was and try to question him/her as to who specifically they heard such from and if it was expressly said that 2 bodies were in the kitchen or he/she simply assumed such. If the person claims it was expressly said then you would question the person he/she alleges to have expressly said it to find out where they got the claim from. Jeremy supporters do not do that though they don't try to follow the trail and see if they can get it to lead anywhere. Instead they claim it is absolute proof that a female body was in the kitchen and not just any body but Sheila's body. Jeremy supporters don't bother trying to follow a trial because they know it will lead no where. Ultimately the information provided from the house was provided from the raid team. The raid team insists there was only 1 body in the kitchen and denies claiming they reported two bodies were in the kitchen which means for sure someone part of the grapevine screwed up. There is thus no reason to even investigate who made the mistake.
To try using a mistake by an administrative worker to prove the entire raid team and everyone who entered the house lied is beyond absurd yet that is precisely what the campaign team and other Jeremy supporters do.
