Remington / Eley cartridges were not 40 grain in weight - what can you tell us about this particular type of Cartridge?
In this century Remington decided to partner with Eley, they asked Eley to manufacture ammo for them to sell in the US and to co-brand it for them. It is simply Eley ammo in a box that says Remington and Eley on it. These are all 40 grain, are for US sale and were not even around at the time of the murders. Eley sells its own Ammo int he UK the co-branding is for other markets.
