Hi mike, im a newbie.
Reading past posts there seems to be some bad feeling amongst some of you. I am going to make my own mind up and would like very much to see the note.
could i ask where you get all this information from please. I understand you were in p?ison with JB and have some of your own dealings with the police etc and have distrust of them.
Hello,
Yes, a lot of bad feeling, and I have been as guilty as some of them when it comes to dishing it out. But I have vowed to try and steer clear of the trouble makers by ignoring them until they learn to debate respectfully...
The information I provide is contained in my version of the case file, which consists of around 50,000 documents. I came into possessession of these after the failed 2002 appeal, when good friends of Jeremy's who had been holding them in storage in their garage, needed the room and were going to destroy them if no-one could be found to take possession of them. To cut a long story short, I volunteered to have them providing that they belonged to me, and I had to promise to make copies of any document requested by Jeremy which he might need for any new CCRC application. By and large we kept to this arrangement until the beginning of 2004, when I removed one of the photographs showing Sheila's body on the bed from a confidential police photographic album loaned to Ewen Smith who's solicitors office was based in Birmingham. The thing about this photograph is that it showed Sheila laid Flatt on her back on top of the bed with her head resting on the left hand pillow. The photographer who took this particular photograph must have been standing on the bedroom floor in the region of the bottom of the bed. The hem if her nightdress is ridden up to the top of her thighs in this photograph, she is not wearing panties, and when I first saw it in the photographic album, I was shocked to see that the police had taken such a photograph whereby her groin region was fully exposed for all to see. When I look at this photograph it reminds me of a soft porn picture. I never expected to see anything at all like that in the withheld police album. I can also tell you that in this photograph there is no blood in a triangular shape which appears later in the photographs taken of Sheila on the bedroom floor next to the bed. Additionally there is no blood running from the corners of her mouth, no blood which has looked in her left eye socket, and no diagonal blood running across her neck from any second bullet wound by that stage. There is no rifle at all on her body, there is no bible, there is no bloodied fingermarks on the front lower part of her nightdress. There is no evidence of aspirated blood in the chest region of her nightdress. There is no bloodied fingermarks on her throat at all. She is laid there, hem of nightdress risen, back of her head resting on the left hand pillow. Anyone seeing this photograph for the first time would think she must have been dead at this time, simply because of the nature of the photograph, since if the photographer had known she was not dead, what was he doing taking lewd photographs of a wounded suspect? I have since learned, confirmed by Jeremy himself that police at the scene took a series of these photographs using the bodies of victims as props in a side show. I believe police took a total of 78 such photographs with the intention of keeping copies for themselves like some sort of a trophy. Anyway, we don't yet know who took those 78 lewd photographs at the scene, the police have for 30 years kept a lid in the whole sordid affair. What they did was disrespectful and perverted. Yet none of these police perverts have ever been disciplined, or prosecuted. Now, when I first saw this photograph of Sheila in the bed, I realised straight away that there was something wring with her body being in top of the bed in that pose, minus the rifle, and only a small vertical run of blood down from a solitary wound in her throat, whereas, in later photographs taken when Sheila's body ends up on the bedroom floor by the edge of the bed, there is then an additional shot on her throat, with blood running horizontally across her neck, blood running from the corners of her mouth, blood has run out if her left nostril and run backwards and pooled into her left eye socket. There is now a rifle a top her body and someone has now arranged both her hands upon and around the gun as though she must have shot herself. There is now a bloodied fingermark around the source if a second wound under her chin, and evidence of freshly made aspirated blood on the upper front region of her nightdress, along with bloodied fingermarks in the front lower right hand side of her nightdress, all features which were not present in the earlier photograph they took of Sheila in the bed...
Jeremy Vamber did not shoot and kill his sister, and he had no involvement in stage managing her body on the bedroom floor to make it look like his sister had taken her own life - police themselves were responsible for doing all those things...
