Where is the proof Simon Hall wrote these blogs/letters? We only have Stephanie Halls word for it. The blogs make no sense.

On the 4th April 2013 Simon Hall (SH) met with 2 representatives from the CCRC who interviewed him following the Zenith burglary 'omission.'

During this meeting SH is asked numerous questions, one was in relation to the numerous blogs he had written and asked me to post on the WWW.

Taken from an official CCRC letter:

Q - So the accounts were effectively dictated?

SH- Yes I dictated it to Stephanie (although the prison doesn't actually allow that process) and she produced what I said.

In response to being asked by the CCRC about the Zenith burglary:

Q - Have you told anyone?

SH - The only people I told was when I was on a visit with Mum Dad and Phoebe - and it might have been Shaun. I can't remember what I said but I told them we went into Zenith and took a few things. Mum was upset. We all agreed it wouldn't help to tell anyone. I thought anything that happened before 5.30 wouldn't help or influence things.

When the CCRC ask Simon Hall (SH) about the stolen items from Zenith - locker, CD's etc - the interview transcipts read as follows....

Q - And the CD players?

SH - I offered the CD players to xxxx and her brother

Q - What did they say?

SH - They wanted to know where they came from. I'm not sure what I said; probably said that they fell of the back of a lorry. They took the CD players.

Q- Did they pay you for them?

SH - No. I gave them to them. I didn't want or need them and they didn't give me any money.

Karen (from the Shirley McKie forum) - when you are reading this - presuming you are still a member here (you appear to have had so many user names I can't keep up with you... I remember you once posted as Janet, then you changed to something else and something after that..... it will no doubt be in my archives somewhere...)

Edit your post or speak with the Admin of the Shirley McKie forum as your post is erroneous

the statement SH gave to the police was in relation to historical childhood abuse, nothing to do with the murder conviction.

I very much doubt the mother was shocked, as she already knew her son to be a liar. According to SH statement they all suggested it was best not to say anything about the burglary...

Now I ask for the final time, to those people who have harassed me all these years. Go away and find something useful to do. Remove your libel from the WWW.

As I said last night, I did not ruin the campaign, he did that all on his own - with the help of 'others.'

Too many lies were being uncovered.

I was used as a scapegoat.

There is no reason to question the validity of his confession if you put all the pieces together.
