It's  just a partial eclipse. Most of us won't see it here anyway.

Morning girls. The moon is passing the sun. I'm in Sheffield and over the past 30 minutes its has gone really dull. The Isle of Lewis will be the darkest place on the continent, which will last about 2 minutes in less than half hours time.

So pleased someone is watching me hahahahahah I need watching sometimes.  ;)

In 1764 my 6x Great-Grandfather smoked a piece of glass to see the eclipse. Amazingly he tells you in his diary that I have... ;D ;D ;D ;D

Ha! I don't think so. Sadly he does not tell you how he smoked the glass; maybe he used a candle, but he used the smoked glass to look at the eclipse.   ;D ;D ;D

You got it!  ;D

Not had total darkness but had to put the light on because I can't see the keyboard, but I'm in the back of the house and its generally darker than the front of the house which is south facing. It will start to get lighter soon...

Whats happening in Denmark?  ;D ;D ;D ;D
