the police admitted in court moving the hand during photos . Allegedly to show bloodstaining.

there were also two officers who said the body /gun/bible were not in this ( as in photo)position when they saw the crime scene before the photos.

There is also discrepancy about when the gun was checked to see if it was safe . In court they said they never checked it until after photos.

But others have said they would have checked the weapon immediately on entry.

What are the " protuberances " above her fingers in the first pic ? They're not there in the second pic.

Early onset arthritis? You can't see it in the second picture because her hand has turned sideways on.

They're " nodules " on the gun,not part of her fingers. ::)

I have a very powerful magnifying glass here. 8) Would it be that it's not a spent bullet ready to fire ?

Lookout, I don't understand what you're trying to say. WHAT have protuberances on guns got to do with anything?

Because they're not there in the other pic,where it's completely flat.

What are you suggesting? The pictures are taken at different angles so that will make a difference.

Do you know their names? if so any transcripts or reports?

There's definitely something wrong with that rifle. I don't know what you call those two little notches,which remind me of fins.In one pic,they're facing one way and in the other,the opposite way.
