Change his plan to what ?

After shooting June 8 times and Neville getting downstairs after being shot four times, he assumed Sheila needing two shots would be plausible. He was right as two shot suicides have happened.

Are you suggesting he deliberately CHOSE to shoot Sheila twice. Personally I think that when the first shot didn't work he had no choice other than to go with the flow. He may have CHOSEN to believe that a two shot suicide was plausible but there wasn't anything -by the time he'd got to that point- that he could do to rectify the situation. He could hardly UNshoot her.

Was it Bamber who claimed that, or was it that the police found that she had been shot twice?
In fact we are all assuming that the first shot was the one that went into her neck at right angles and that the second shot was the fatal shot?
But there is a third option (of course there is not evidence for it) that Sheila actually shot herself dead and that shot was the one that went into the brain. But the second shot was made by accident by the police? Of course it is only speculation.

Good evening Grahame.

Well the police would have told Jeremy that Sheila was shot twice.

After being charged and since his defence has been that Sheila shot herself twice in a suicide. His OS saying one shot was in the kitchen, the other in the bedroom after the raid team entered.

Ideally he wanted one shot. But had to make two. Which he thought he could get away with.

Which he came within a cat's whisker of doing.

How did I know you would say that?- I must be a psychic!

You want to win the discussion by making me admit that it would be possible that he shot her twice, then staged a suicide.
I have to stick to what I have said all along: I find that highly unlikely. When I think about this aspect of the case, well, the whole scene surrounding Sheila, I always conclude that Jeremy did not do it.

I don't 'want' you to admit to anything, you just think I do because you think I like being right. I do like being right, I don't think I know anyone who likes being wrong  ;D.

I already know you know it's possible because it's obviously not 'impossible'.  ;)

I already agreed to disagree - it's the way I believe things happened (almost) and you have differing views. Wouldn't be much of a discussion board if we all agreed (even though I know I'm right  :P ;D ;D ;D ;D 8))

Sorry You are really confusing me- I don't think Jeremy was told she was shot twice until Sept ?

Where does he say the above in his original statement ?

As far as I can see all the relatives were unaware she was shot twice? Even JM said there was only one shot when she went to do the ID

Ideally he may have wanted to just use 11 bullets -

Neville - 3

June - 3

Daniel - 2

Nicholas - 2

Sheila - 1

No re loads or kitchen fights.

Then move Neville or June so one is near a phone.

It didn't quite work like that.

You can think you are right, but sadly, in this case you cannot know it. Neither can I or anybody else.

Do you agree with CC that she would have shot herself with the twins ?

That's no really relevant to what we are discussing to be honest - and the fact that CC would even think she could kill the twins and then kill herself next to them speaks volumes to me.

Julie claimed that Jeremy was worried about a glove that came off the hired hitman. Strange he didn“t talk about two shots. Must have weighed on his mind as well.

Lets say I think it's the MOST likely and no, I can't know because I wasn't there but nothing else comes even close to any kind of logic - to me,

If responsible, he didn't need telling.

I think it is great we are having such a good discussion - however I would point out ( because I have read a lot of your old posts when doing research )- that you definitely thought you were right before when you were convinced he was innocent.

In fact you have been robust in your arguments from both sides .

Which is great - I do not have a problem with that - it should make you appreciate our posts as genuine opinions - the same as yours were previously .
